Here at Ellis Beach Bar & Grill we understand that every couple is different, and every wedding is unique, therefore we are open to working with you to put together a tailor made package to suit your individual requests and budgets. Enclosed in this information pack you will find suggestions on menus, beverage packages and a range of recommended wedding suppliers (just to make the planning a little easier for you!). We cater for large and small groups, and provide either cocktail style weddings or sit down dinners If you have any specific needs that are not listed in this package just let us know and we will work with you to create a package that is perfect for you…. it is your big day afterall! It’s Not About The Money…. At Ellis Beach Bar & Grill, we don’t charge any venue hire fees, and we don’t have a minimum spend – we’re all about providing good times, delicious food and exceptional service for unbeatable prices. W pride ourselves on delivering affordable wedding receptions without compromising on style or quality; enough said! Get Married On One Of Australia’s Top Beaches… Ellis Beach was recently voted in the Top 20 Beaches in Australia, and for good reasons! Ellis Beach provides a rainforest backdrop with picturesque views over the coral sea to Double Island. At Ellis, you have access to rainforest settings complete with waterfalls, beautiful huge fig trees with weeping branches, and of course the stunning beach where the rainforest really does meet the reef, all within a five minute walk of each other! This makes Ellis Beach the ideal place to get married and have ample photo opportunities all just a short stroll apart.
Weatherproof Your Wedding… At Ellis Beach Bar and Grill, we can promise you a beautiful wedding reception complete with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, delicious food and beverages in a unique setting. But one thing that we can’t plan for you is the weather! Beach weddings are great and we are lucky to be located in North Queensland that sees far more sunny days than rainy days; however should it be raining when you are getting ready for the ceremony, don’t stress. We have you covered with a weatherproof option for ceremonies to take place at no extra cost. Sleep With Us! We know you are engaged, but we want you to know you can sleep with us too. Just over the road are the Ellis Beach Oceanfront Bungalows which provide accommodation for all budgets, from camping to fully self contained oceanfront bungalows. Don’t Fight For Your Right To Party… Planning a big night? We aren’t going to stop you! Ellis Beach Bar and Grill has no noise restrictions. We are licensed until midnight, however we are also happy to apply for a 2am license for you (processing fee applies). These are available upon request.

• Beef cheek spring rolls with sweet chilli • Boneless chilli salt wings with phrik nam pla • House made mince beef sliders with swiss cheese and bacon jam • Steam bun with crispy pork belly, siracha, pickled ginger and coriander OR

• Fresh tomato basil and confit garlic • Baba ganouj truffle and fried shallots • Goats curd, roast tomato, basil and lemon olive oil • Salsa verde and aioli

• Crispy pork belly tossed in masterstock caramel with green paw paw salad • Laksa cappuccino with prawn, rice noodle dumpling, coconut foam and fish

American BBQ Buffet ~ $48 per person

Seafood Buffet ~ $80 per person
