We are flexible at Highgate House and our dedicated wedding planner will be happy to create a bespoke package for you, and be with you every step of the way to plan your special day. At Highgate House, we promise to host only one wedding a day, ensuring

you will be the sole focus of our attention.

Civil Wedding CeremoniesIf you have chosen to have a civil ceremony at Highgate House, we have a choice of three available rooms, based on the size of your

wedding party.

Up to 60 guestsThe Drawing Room - £650

AccommodationAt Highgate House we have 97 bedrooms which are located throughout the venue. Our traditional style bedrooms are situated in the main house and contemporary rooms are located in other buildings throughout the estate. A range of rooms are available including

single, double and family options and all prices include breakfast as standard.

Single room - £77Double or twin room - £97

Family (2 Adults & 2 Children) - £120

If your guests wish to upgrade to a traditional bedroom in the main house, there is a supplementary charge of £25.

Check-out is 10.30am, however late check-out is available upon request, at a supplementary charge.

• Please contact our wedding planner (01604 731999) to arrange your own personal viewing of the property and grounds at Highgate House.

• A no-obligation provisional booking can be held for 14 days.• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £1,500 is payable upon confirmation of your booking by signed

contract.• 50% of the contracted value of your event will be payable 120 days before your event, with the final balance

payable 35 days before your event.• We strongly advise you to take out Event Insurance, cancellation charges will apply in case of postponement or

total cancellation and event insurance may well cover the reasons for cancellation.• You will be invited to 2 planning meetings with our wedding planner at mutually convenient times.• Weddings held on a Friday and Saturday through peak season are required to take 20 bedrooms. This also

applies to Sundays & Mondays on a bank holiday weekend.• The main bar is available to your wedding pre-post ceremony, but is not available for private use.• If, for any reason, the specific wines listed in this document become unavailable, we will discuss suitable options

with you.• Minimum numbers will apply on Saturdays (50 for the Baronial Hall, 63 in the daytime and 100 in the evening

for the Coote Room). This also applies to bank holiday weekends.• This document applies to Weddings & Civil Partnerships taking place in 2015.• Wheelchair access to some of our facilities may be restricted owing to the historic nature and/or listed status of

our properties.• Highgate House has induction loops on site for the hard of hearing.• Our promotional literature is available in large print and spoken word format.• A range of our vegetarian dishes have been accredited by the Vegetarian Society, and the procedures and

practices they recommend are ones we adopt across all the meat-free options we offer. With a little notice we are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirement.

• Registrar or church fees are not included. Ceremonies should be booked with the registry office directly, date and times confirmed and fees are payable to them.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20% (We may levy an additional charge to cover any possible increase imposed on this tax by the Government).
