ON SITE COSTS:

Members:

1. PASTORAL SERVICES, PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING SERVICES, CHURCH COORDINATOR LIAISON* (required) $ 210.00 *Church Coordinator Liaison is church appointed representative responsible for church related communication,correspondence and coordination (IE communicating the couple's requests to appropriate G.C. ministry members).

2. USE OF FACILITIES (required if using Grace facilities)WARD THEATRE► CEREMONY SERVICE 250.00$

• Production Services (lighting, presentation mics, basic screen projection, stage & seating prep/reset) • Customized Marquee text; Utilities Expenses; Dumpster removal

► RECEPTION SERVICE 250.00$ • In addition to any ceremony expenses, includes use of space only (up to 4 hours of reception use).

MISSION 1217► CEREMONY SERVICE 250.00$

• Production Services (lighting, sound, basic screen projection, amplified sound system, stage & seating prep/reset) • Utilities Expenses; Dumpster removal

► RECEPTION SERVICE 250.00$ • In addition to any ceremony expenses, includes use of space only (up to 4 hours of reception use).

► Any cost of damage incurred to facilities (including stains, damaged walls, etc) will be compensated by couple.► Live band/musician(s) accommodations not included (see "Live Band/Musicians option)► Only Grace Church authorized personnel may operate church equipment. See "Policies & Procedures" document.

3. WEDDING REFLECTION VIDEO (optional) $ 299.00 additional for interview option: $ 100.00

► Video will be broadcasted on projection screen during wedding ceremony.a. Three segments (groom, bride, couple), approximately 25 photos per segment. Song of choice (1) per segment.b. Interview option adds pre-recorded video (2 weeks in advance) of couple included in the presentation video.c. DVD's of the final product will be provided to couple & parents (5 max inc.), additional copies available at $5.00/per.► All media must be provided to Church Coordinator 6 weeks prior to wedding date. 4. VIDEO RECORDING (optional, strongly encouraged at m1217 location for LIVE in house broadcasting)WARD THEATRE► CEREMONY SERVICE 299.00$ a. Capture audio and video, mixed using 3 different cameras in different locations within building.b. DVD's of the final product will be provided to couple & parents (5 max inc.), additional copies available at $5.00/per.► RECEPTION SERVICEa. 5. CEREMONY PROGRAMS (optional) $ 299.00 a. Design, printing, cutting and folding of programs (up to 300 included, additional available at $15 per 30 ct.)► All information must be provided to Church Coordinator Liaison four weeks in advance of wedding date.► Sample of program to be provided to couple one week prior to wedding date for their approval.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY (optional) $ 299.00 a. Experienced photographer(s) from Grace Church will take digital photos during the ceremony & reception, including

family portraits (5 hours maximum)b. Couple will receive a digital version of photos within one week post the wedding ceremony.

*Member = someone who is actively serving within a ministry of Grace Church and who tithes regularly to our ministry.

*if at any point you cannot afford a desired service(s), please discuss your situation with the Church Coordination Liaison in order to consider other possible arrangements.

INDIVIDUAL SELECTIONS: (available in place of or in addition to a "Bundled Discount" option)

7. LIVE BAND/MUSICIAN ACCOMMODATIONS (optional)► CEREMONY SERVICEa. Grace Church to provide band/musicians AND necessary equipment. 129.00$ b. Outside band/musician(s) accommodations, providing they supply own stage equipment (instrument, mics, etc.) 199.00$

► Grace Church equipment can be rented. Discuss with Church Coordination Liaison for pricing and availability.► All music is required to be pre-approved by Grace Church.

8. DISC JOCKEY SERVICES (optional) $ 299.00 a. Six (6) hours of total playing/broadcasting time, including pre-dinner music and introduction of wedding party (if desired).b. Wireless microphone for wedding party toasts and Master of Ceremonies

*Master of Ceremonies not provided by Grace Churchc. Experienced sound technician to transport, setup & run equipment (church appointed). d. Includes use of other church equipment (amps, speakers, specialty lights, computer, etc.)► Couple to provide desire "play list" four weeks in advance to Wedding Coordinator.► Outside Disc Jockey sources must provide ALL their own equipment and may not tie into Grace Church system(s).► ALL music/playlists must be pre-approved by Grace Church. Refer to "policies and procedures" document.

9. 10. KITCHEN USE (optional)a. Just to store and set items out to be served (light preparation) No Charge b. To prepare, store and serve (defined by turning on any additional appliance including oven, range, refrigerator, etc.) $ 150.00 ► It is the couples responsibility to communicate to any outside parties the expectations associated with use of this area

and the couple will assume financial responsibility for any use by caterer associated with their wedding.

11. TWELVE17 COFFEE ROASTERS (optional)a. Have the coffee shop open and available to serve wedding guests (coffee, tea, smoothies), 4 Hours Maximum $ 100.00 ► Baristas will keep an open tab and will record each order. Tab will be calculated and billed to couple within 7 days. TAB
