and style, for ease of holding and to keep everything firmly in place.

BUTTONHOLES More formally known as boutonnieres, buttonholes are typically worn by the groom,

groomsmen, and other male family members.

WEDDING FAQs DO YOU DO SAME SEX WEDDINGS? Of course!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK? The sooner you contact us the better, especially during the busy summer period! Two or

more months prior to the date of your wedding is best, however we can work to a shorter

time-frame if necessary.

All bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

DO I NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT BEFORE I COME TO YOU? While it definitely does help to have some idea of what you're after, we're happy to help

with planning and suggestions. Our advice is to start with a colour scheme, and then go

from there.

If you're in need of a little inspiration, a great place to start is on our website –

or head on over to our Instagram (@thelostflowershed) for even more floral ideas.

WILL YOU SET-UP MY FLOWERS AT THE VENUE? We offer a full venue set-up service for venues within the Auckland area. This service is

subject to an hourly rate of $60, plus mileage to and from the venue. Most set-ups take

between 1-2 hours. We're also happy to provide partial set-ups and set-up instructions for

our DIY clients, too.

If you would like us to set up your flowers at the venue, please make sure to let us know

at the time of booking.

WILL YOU DELIVER THE FLOWERS TO MY VENUE? We offer Auckland-wide delivery for orders over $500 - however this is subject to fees and

availability. If you would like your flowers delivered, please make sure to let us know at

the time of booking. Free pick-up is, of course, also available from our Silverdale store.

CAN YOU SUPPLY VASES AND/OR DÉCOR ITEMS? We have an extensive range of gorgeous vintage vases available for hire at $5 per vase,

or, if you're looking to buy; can also source brand-new vases and décor to perfectly match

your wedding style and theme. Please enquire as to pricing for our other hire items.

I’M PLANNING MY WEDDING FROM OUTSIDE AUCKLAND – IS THAT AN ISSUE? Not at all! We aim to make ordering wedding flowers as easy as possible - no matter

where you are in the world! We'll keep in touch with you throughout the entire process -

sending through comprehensive quotes and design proposals - and will be available for

any and all queries via phone, email or social media.

TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS We accept all bookings on a first-come first-served basis, and bookings are only locked-in

after we’ve received your 50% deposit. The remaining 50% of your bill will be due no later

than 3 weeks out from the date of the wedding.

CANCELLATIONS For cancellations made prior to one month before the wedding, a full refund will be

offered, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made one month before the wedding

or sooner will result in the forfeit of all payments made, as by that point we will have

already pre-ordered and paid for your flowers from our growers.

SUBSTITUTIONS Due to the changeable availability of certain flowers, a substitution may be necessary to

fulfil your order. In the event of a substitution, The Lost Flower Shed will take reasonable

care to maintain the style, theme and colouring of each arrangement, using flowers of

equal or greater value.

HIRED ITEMS All hired items become the responsibility of the customer during the hire period, and must

be returned to our shop within 2 days after the date of the wedding – unless a prior

arrangement has been made. Late returns will incur an additional fee of $5 for each day

they are late. Lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be subject to full replacement

costs.
