Wedding Ceremony and Reception Packages at the Herlong Mansion
The trill of a bird, moss floating from the ancient oaks in the breeze and the smell of jasmine in the air lends any affair a quiet elegance that only nature can provide. Our award-winning gardens and spacious lawns are perfect for tastefully elegant gatherings and celebrations. The Herlong specializes in intimate weddings and events with up to 150 guests against a mansion and garden backdrop.
The Herlong offers several different locations to hold ceremonies and receptions; the grand front veranda flanked by Corinthian columns, the jasmine draped gazebo, live oak canopied garden areas and the Long Hall (for small indoor receptions). At the Herlong Mansion, all venue rental packages include chairs, tables, and the use of our Long Hall for rehearsal dinners.
As the Herlong Mansion exclusive event designer, Keith Watson Events will create the custom wedding of your dreams. As part of all packages, your personal KW wedding coordinator will ensure your day runs smooth by creating a timeline tailored to your needs and coordinating approved vendors. Keith Watson and his team are leaders in weddings and special events. Awarded “BizBash Event Producer of the Year”, 2016-2017-2018 “The Knot Best of Weddings”, and now the official preferred event designer for the University of Florida Athletic Association.
30 or less - $1,500.00 (Rental of at least 3 lodging rooms required)
31-50 - $1,750.00 (Rental of at least 6 lodging rooms required)
51-74 - $2,000.00 (Rental of at least 8 lodging rooms required)
75-100 - $2,250.00 (Rental of all lodging rooms required)
101-125 - $2,500.00 (Rental of all lodging rooms required)
126-150 - $3,000.00 (Rental of all lodging rooms required)
($2,500.00 Minimum on weekends)
Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package
Basic Wedding Coordination Fee is $1,000.00 Paid by Herlong Mansion B&B and included in the above price.
