will be waived if food and beverage sales exceed 1,500. in all Oliver & Bonacini outlets (banquet room and dining room) per day
• For changeovers (i.e. meeting to dinner) that require two hours or less to complete, a labour fee of 150. will apply
• For setup changes made less than 24 hours in advance, a labour fee of 150. will apply
NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENTPlease note that The Westin Trillium House is a non-smoking establishment in conformity with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, S.O. 1994, c. 10 and its regulations. Accordingly, smoking is strictly prohibited at The Westin Trillium House and on the premises up to 20ft to the perimeter of the building.

GUARANTEED GUESTS COUNTSThe guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required 72 hours in advance of the function. Please note that unless your Conference Services Manager is notified of a guest count revision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater.

COLLINGWOOD CHARTERSThe “Huronic”, operated by Collingwood Charters, offers sightseeing tours, sunset cruises, private charters, dinner cruises, local wine & beer tastings, corporate events and weddings aboard a 65ft tour boat departing from Collingwood Harbour from May through October. It is accessible to all, with the capacity to hold up to 70 passengers. It has an L.C.B.O license and provides indoor and outdoor seating on two decks, washroom facilities and a snack bar, making it a perfect venue for any occasion. Take in the view of Georgian Bay’s Coastline as you sit down to a delicious meal with the ones you love most.
SERENITY COTTAGEThis luxury cottage rental is located 15 minutes east of Owen Sound, a short 2.5 hour drive from Toronto and only 40 minutes from the ski hills of Collingwood.
