LAVISH, GRAND, SIMPLE OR CHIC…?We have four fabulous ceremony rooms for you to choose from.
For a small, intimate affair our Ante Room is just perfect, holding up to 60 seated guests.
Lundy View has glass doors and a terrace with stunning views across the Bay, and comfortably holds up to 70 guests.
Doyle’s retains the beauty of the Victorian era with its high ceilings, pillars, crystal chandeliers and full length windows, offering you a large ceremony of up to 100 guests.
For those of you with larger ideas or larger parties then our magnificent Lancaster Suite is the room for you, capable of seating up to 150 guests.

Our Crystal package includes an arrival drink of Pimms or BucksFizz, a three course wedding breakfast chosen from the Crystal menu,a glass of house wine and a glass of sparkling wine for your toasts.
Our Diamond package includes all of the above with the weddingbreakfast chosen from the delectable Diamond menu, two glasses ofhouse wine with your banquet and a glass of Champagne for your toasts.
Our Platinum package the ultimate wedding package. Including twoarrival drinks one of which is Champagne, an exquisite choice of dishesfrom the Platinum menu and another glass of Champagne for yourtoasts, this really is for those who want everything on their special day.
All packages include red carpet for your entrance, room hire, and coffeeand mints after your wedding breakfast. For additional drinks we alsohave an extensive list of wines from around the globe.
We have carefully tailored our wedding packages to suit all budgets and tastes. Each menu has been thoughfully created and our Head Chefuses only the finest local and seasonal produce to create a wedding feast you will never forget.

BOOKING
A provisional booking can be made and will be held for 14 days, pending a deposit.
The deposit is £1000.
All deposits are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances. The depositwill be deducted from the final balance.
A signed copy of this terms and conditions page together with your deposit is required toconfirm you wedding booking.
CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that you will have to cancel up to 3 months prior to the event, youwill forfeit your deposit. If cancellation is between 3 months and the wedding date, thetotal cost will be incurred.
We will, however, do our best to re-book the date thus reducing the fee charged above.
MINIMUM SPEND
On a Sunday to Friday our minimum spend is £3000. On a Saturday our minimum spend is £5500.
Minimum spend includes food, beverage, room hire and extras, but does not includeaccommodation. These prices are applicable regardless of the number of guests.
All weddings booked must be on a complete wedding package, chosen from our Crystal, Diamond or Platinum options.
MUSIC LICENCE
Our music licence runs until 11pm Sunday to Thursdays and 12 midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
TIMINGS
Ceremonies in Lundy View, Ante Room and the Lancaster Suite are from 12 noon until 3pm and Doyle’s are from 1pm until 3pm.
Wedding Breakfast’s in Doyle’s need to commence by 3pm and the Lancaster Suite by 4pm.
ALL WEDDINGS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING –
• The Client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the reception and shallensure that nothing shall be done which may constitute a breach in law or causenuisance in any way. Any such behaviour shall entitle us to require the offendingindividual(s) to leave the premises.
• The Hotel does not operate a corkage facility. Only food and drink provided by theHotel is to be consumed on the premises. No food and drink provided by the Hotelshould be consumed off the premises.
• Final numbers and menus must be confirmed 6 weeks prior to the wedding date,with final payment required at this time.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, the Hotel reserves the right to varyspecifications and prices without notice.
Prices quoted include VAT at the current rate at the time of printing and are subject tochange if these rates change before you make your final payment. If any new taxes orlevies are introduced during the year then we will invoice you accordingly.
It is strongly recommended that all Clients arrange wedding insurance cover.
