David Perry is proposed for

Today ’ s speaker is Ellen Comeau. She is the Water Resources Extension Agent for

Beaufort County and the manager for the Lowcountry Stormwater Partners consortium. She is

originally from New Hampshire and has a degree in Conservation Biology from St. Lawrence

University. She recently served two years with AmeriCorps in Knoxville, TN, first on an urban

farm and then as a stormwater coordinator in Oak Ridge. She moved to Beaufort in late Sep-

tember and has since enjoyed learning about Lowcountry life. POC information: ELLEN
