BHARATNET COVERAGE Website Development
Four (4) new websites have been developed and launched by the
Directorate of Information Technology (DIT), Govt. of Tripura
for Tripura Public Service Commission
(https://tpsc.tripura.gov.in), Taxes and Excise Department
(https://taxes.tripura.gov.in), Tripura State Pharmacy Council
(https://pharmacycouncil.tripura.gov.in), Police Accountability
Commission (https://pac.tripura.gov.in) during July to
September, 2019. Apart from these, sixty-six (66) numbers of
websites of various State Govt. Departments/Directorates/
Organisations/Colleges of Tripura including the State Portal of
Tripura is being managed by DIT.
Ex-Secretary, IT, Govt. of India & Chairman, UIDAI , member of
the State Planning Board and Shri R.K Mathur, Advisor to Hon'ble
CM, Tripura have graced the occasion.

Fourth anniversary of “Digital India”
The fourth anniversary of the Government of India‟s flagship programme "Digital India" has been
celebrated on 1st July, 2019 at NIELIT Agartala. In this event, a discussion session was held regarding
the achievements of Digital India by the officials from Directorate of IT, Govt. of Tripura and NIELIT.
Faculties and students of NIELIT Agartala center had participated in the session.

Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in association with Ministry
of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity) had conducted 22nd
National e-Governance
Conference at Shillong on 8-9 August, 2019. Objective of the e-Governance conference was to
provide platform to improve the standard of services rendered to common man i.e. to provide end to
end Citizen Centric Service Delivery. The conference had been attended by senior officers of
Government of India and State Governments including Union Territories, academician and executives
from Industry etc. Two officials from Directorate of Information Technology, Govt. of Tripura
namely Shri Bidyut Datta, Joint Director, IT and Shri BantipLang Ryngksai, Consultant-Programme
Management, SEMT had attended the programme. Around 50 exhibits had showcased the initiatives
and State Government e-Governance projects were also displayed. Discussions were held on current
IT initiatives. Various technical sessions were also conducted during the conference.

As on September, 2019, total 1227 numbers of Common Service Centers (CSC‟s) have been
registered in Tripura. Out of 1227 CSCs, 932 CSCs are at Gram Panchayat (GP) level. 782 nos. of
gram panchayats (GP‟s) have been covered with at least 1 CSC in each GP. 60956 numbers of CSC
Digital Seva transactions have been recorded with value of Rs.1,82,98,929/- during July to
September, 2019.
PMJAY/Ayushman Bharat
Ayushman Bharat Yojana or National Health Protection Scheme aims to provide a service to create a
healthy, capable and content new India. In PMJAY/Ayushman Bharat, total 2,34,353 numbers of
beneficiaries have been verified and 2,13,863 numbers of Golden Card have been printed in Tripura
till September‟19.
Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA)
Tele-Law programme
The Government of India has launched „Tele-Law‟ programme with an aim to provide legal aid
services in rural areas through digital technology in 20th April, 2017. The project initiates to connect
citizens with lawyers by the Para-Legal Volunteers stationed at identified panchayats through the
video-conferencing infrastructure available at the CSCs. 3012 numbers of Tele Law Cases have been
registered and legal advices have been provided through CSCs in Tripura during July to September,
2019.
Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan dhan (PM-SYM)
Common Service Center
Government of India has introduced a pension scheme for unorganised workers namely Pradhan
Mantri Shram Yogi Maan dhan (PM-SYM) on 15 February, 2019 to ensure old age protection for
unorganised workers. The unorganised workers mostly engaged as home based workers, street
vendors, mid-day meal workers, head loaders, brick kiln workers, cobblers, rag pickers, domestic
workers, washer men, rickshaw pullers and similar other occupations whose monthly income is Rs
15,000/ per month or less and belong to the entry age group of 18-40 years. The registrations of the
beneficiaries are done through CSCs. In PMSYM, Total 15,445 numbers of beneficiaries have been
registered through CSC in Tripura till September‟19.
Government of India has introduced its flagship Digital Literacy Programme, “Pradhan Mantri
Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA)” in February, 2017. In Tripura, 4 training partners
and 898 training centers have been approved by CSC e-Governance Services India Limited (CSC-
SPV). 94,597 numbers of students have been registered, 53,333 numbers of trainings have been
completed and 45,188 numbers of candidates have been certified till September‟19. Out of eight
districts, top performing district is Dhalai. In Dhalai, 17,346 numbers of students have been
registered, out of which 15,452 numbers of training have been completed and 13,837 numbers of
candidates have been certified till September‟19.

DIGIPAY
CSC e-Governance Services India Limited (CSC-SPV) in collaboration with National Payment
Corporation of India (NPCI) and Induslnd Bank has launched Aadhaar Enabled payment System
(AePS) at all CSC locations across the country. The DIGIPAY application will enable CSCs to cater
the need of financial services in far flung and banking deprived areas of the country. 5622 numbers
of digipay transactions have been recorded with value of Rs. 1,37,35,700/- in Tripura during July to
September, 2019.
e-Office
e-Office is aimed to conduct the office procedures electronically for a simplified, responsive,
effective and transparent working in government offices. It is a mission mode project under
the flagship Digital India (DI) programme. e-Office (e-File) had been implemented at eleven
(11) numbers of State Govt. departments. Trainings had been conducted by Directorate of IT,
Govt. of Tripura about e-file module of e-Office on 21st to 23rd of August, 2019 in State
Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD). Twenty-four (24)
numbers of officials from State Govt. departments had attended the training program.
Digital Seva (e-District)
Digital Seva (e-District) is an online service delivery platform. It has been implemented in the State
to deliver citizen centric services online. It is now offering 24 services of various State Govt.
Departments in the State. Twenty-four (24) numbers of services of e-District Tripura are onboarded
in DigiLocker platform and on Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance (UMANG)
platform. Financial Assistance under Swablamban service of Industry and Commerce Department,
Govt. of Tripura has been rolled out in all 8 districts of the state in the month of September, 2019.
Applications for this service were accepted only through online mode from 1st November,
2019. Two important services of e-District namely Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate
and Marriage Certificate have been integrated with CSC (Common Service Center). In total 19
services of Tripura e-District have been integrated with CSC successfully.

Ayushmaan Bharat Camp
Ayushmaan Bharat training camp had been successfully
organized on 12th
September, 2019 at Baspukur Gram
Panchayat (GP) under Kathalia block by the Village
Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) of Sepahijala district with
the help of District Administration, Sepahijala. More
than hundred (100) numbers of beneficiaries had
participated at the camp. Eighty-three (83) numbers of
Golden cards were generated in the event. Members of
Panchayat, Panchayat Secretary & district managers of
CSCs had also attended the event.
