COORECTIONS Module User Manual

Proceeding Files Upload

“Proceeding Files Upload” option is used to upload Proceeding File(s).

To upload Proceeding Files, Click on

Land Holdings ���� Proceeding Files Upload

• Select “Village Name” from the given SELECT box.

• Enter “Proceeding Number”, “Proceeding Date”, “Proceeding Subject”, and “Proceeding

Authority”.

• Click on “BROWSE” button to upload “Proceeding File” and click on “SUBMIT” button.

Proceeding File will be uploaded.

Rectification of BASE Year wise Data

Pattadar Rectification

“Pattadar Rectification” option is used to Correct Pattadar name and Pattadar Father / Husband

Name. To rectify the Pattadar details, click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Base Year Data ���� Pattadar Rectification

• Pattadar Name & Father Name Can be Corrected Updated provided that

� Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for Correction. If already

signed, record should be REVOKE first and can be allowed for Pattadar

Correction / Rectification.

� “Mutation Done” records are NOT allowed for Pattadar Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva” is NOT allowed for Pattadar

Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations” is NOT allowed for

Pattadar Rectification.

� Survey Number Not Exists in Dispute Register

• Select “��� ��� ��”� “ ��� �� ���� ����” then “Base Year”, “���� �� !"�#$ ”�

“������ % ��� �� ��”� “&�'() % *� ��” and 1-15 column details will be displayed

automatically.

• Enter “+,&� ��� �� ��”� “&�'() % *� ��”-

• Select “Proceeding File” from the given SELECT box and click on “CHANGE” button.

Rectification of FASLI Year Wise Data

Pahani 1 to 15 Entry / Edit

“Pahani 1 to 15 Entry / Edit” option is used to enter or edit the 1 to 15 columns of pahani details.

To enter / edit pahani 1 to 15 columns, click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Fasli year wise Data ���� Pahani 1 to 15 Entry / Edit

� Select Village & Survey Number

� Corrections can be Fasli Year wise

� Corrections in Col 1 to 15 can be done on Fasli Year when Pattadar Khata

Changes

� Pattadar can be changed Base year wise

• Corrections in 1 to 15 Cols Can be Updated provided that

� Not Digitally Signed

� No Mutation Done

� No Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva

� No Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations

� Survey Number Not Exists in Dispute Register

Special Character Survey Number Correction

“Special Character Survey Number Correction” option is used to DELETE / REMOVE special characters

in Survey Number. To remove Special Characters in Survey Number, Click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Fasli Year Wise Data ���� Spl.Characters Survey Number

Correction

• Displays All Survey Numbers with Control Characters, Tabs, “,”, “.”, “’”, etc.

• Displays Top 100 Records in the Mandal or Village wise selection.

• List will be sorted on Village Name, Survey Number & Khata Number.

• It will show Invisible Characters and Controls Characters in Survey Number Description.

• It will Update / Delete all records in Land Holdings, Occupant details & Crops Data with this

Survey Number.

• Can be Deleted provided that

• Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for CORRECTION / REMOVING Spl.

Character in Survey Number.

• For “Digitally Signed” records, record should be “Revoked” first and CORRECT / REMOVE

Spl. Character in Survey Number.

• “Mutation Done” records are NOT allowed for CORRECTION / REMOVING Spl. Character in

Survey Number.

• No Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva.

• No Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations.

• Survey Number Exists in Dispute Register.

Survey Number Rectification

“Survey Number Rectification” option is used to RECTIFY / CORRECT the wrongly entered / ported

Survey Number. To rectify the Survey Number, Click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Fasli Year Wise Data ���� Survey Number Rectification

• Select “��� ��� ��”� “./01 �/2 � .3 '(�45 ���” then the Survey number details,

Pattadar details, Occupant details and Crop details will be populated automatically.

• Enter “New Survey No.” and select “Proceeding File”.

• Click on “CHANGE” button to rectify or correct the Survey Number.

• Click on “Move to Discrepancy Register” to Delete the wrongly entered Survey Number

from Land Holdings and the deleted survey number will be moved to “Discrepancy

Register”.

• Survey Number Can be Deleted provided that

� Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for Correction. If already

signed, record should be REVOKE first and can be allowed for Pattadar

Correction / Rectification.

� “Mutation Done” records are NOT allowed for Pattadar Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva” is NOT allowed for Pattadar

Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations” is NOT allowed for

Pattadar Rectification.

� Survey Number Not Exists in Dispute Register

• Survey Number Can be Updated provided that

� Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for Correction. If already

signed, record should be REVOKE first and can be allowed for Pattadar

Correction / Rectification.

� Occupant Data Exists

Pattadar Sub-Division

“Pattadar Sub – Division” option is used to Sub – Divide the Survey number.

To Sub – Divide the Survey Number, Click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Fasli Year Wise Data ���� Pattadar Sub – Division

• Survey Number Can be Subdivided provided that

� Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for Correction. If already

signed, record should be REVOKE first and can be allowed for Pattadar

Correction / Rectification.

� “Mutation Done” records are NOT allowed for Pattadar Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva” is NOT allowed for Pattadar

Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations” is NOT allowed for

Occupant Updation

“Occupant Updation” option is used to update the Occupant details.

To update the Occupant details, click on

Land Holdings ���� Rectification of Fasli Year Wise Data ���� Occupant Updation

• Occupant Name & Father Name Can be Updated / Added provided that

� Only “Not Digitally Signed” records are allowed for Correction. If already

signed, record should be REVOKE first and can be allowed for Pattadar

Correction / Rectification.

� “Mutation Done” records are NOT allowed for Pattadar Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in Meeseva” is NOT allowed for Pattadar

Rectification.

� “Mutation Application Pending in SRO Mutations” is NOT allowed for

Pattadar Rectification.

� Survey Number Not Exists in Dispute Register

“Corrected List” option shows all the corrections done report in between dates.

Pahani (1 to 15 Columns)

“Pahani (1 to 15 columns)” option shows the history of the pahani corrections.

To view the pahani Corrections history, click on

Pahani Report in EXCEL Format

“Pahani Report in EXCEL format” option is used to view and EXPORT the pahani details into

EXCEL format. To view and export the pahani report in EXCEL format, click on

Land Holdings ���� Correction Reports ���� Pahani Report in EXCEL format

Pahani details can be export to Excel directly or can view and export to excel format.

By Viewing and Exporting to Excel

• Select “Village Name” and click on “Show Report” button then the pahani details will

appear.

• Select a format as “EXCEL” and click on “EXPORT” hyperlink to export the pahani details.

To Export in to Excel directly

• Select “Village Name” and click on “Export to Excel” button.

Click on “Open / Save” to view and export the pahani details into excel.
