Diane - In the north corridor you will see that we propose to take the top two ranked alignments (N2 and N3) as well as the rail alignment (N1) even though the rail alignment scores badly in this round of analysis. We debated this and ultimately decided that we cant eliminate the rail alignment mid-project. We propose to point this issue out to RTD and if they decide as a committee to go ahead and drop it then we will. We decided that this is really something that we need steering committee feedback on.
