Pasture Raised Pork Order Form Here’s How This Works: The Falls Farm wants you, our customer, to have a great experience from start to finish with your custom pork order. That means that we plan on giving you all the information you need up front to ensure your happiness with our product. Our Pigs: We currently raise 2 sows and 1 boar for breeding purposes. The pigs you will be enjoying were born and raised on The Falls Farm. Our pigs are pasture raised and are not given any growth hormones or antibiotics. We take great pride in the care these pigs receive during their time on our farm. Harvesting of Pigs: Our goal is to harvest your pig when it reaches 250lbs. We expect your pig to reach this weight at the end of November or first of December. By harvesting your pig at 250lbs we can guarantee a tender and flavorful product. A 250lb pig will weigh approximately 180lbs after being dressed and will provide 140lbs of meat (cut preferences can slightly alter these numbers). Please keep in mind that if you are planning to order a half of a pig you will only receive around 70lbs of meat (half of the 140lbs). *If you would like a smaller or larger pig than our standard 250lbs please let us know ASAP and we will do our very best to accommodate that request. This may mean your pig will be processed earlier or later than the rest. What is My Cost?: The Falls Farm charges our customers $3.00/lb on the hanging weight of the pig (we give a $.025/lb discount on whole pig orders). Our Pigs: We currently raise 2 sows and 1 boar for breeding purposes. The pigs you will be enjoying were born and raised on The Falls Farm. What is My Cost?: The Falls Farm charges our customers $3.00/lb on the hanging weight of the pig (we give a $.025/lb discount on whole pig orders). The customer is also responsible for paying the processor’s fee of $0.50/lb on the harvested weight. The Falls Farm will cover the $40.00 slaughter fee for the customer. *Cured items cost an additional $1.50/lb and will be ready 3-6 weeks after original processing.Please see attached page for an example breakdown of cost.

How do I Place an Order?: The following page is your custom order form. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you might have about cuts, prices, etc. We do require a $50 deposit at the time
