In effort to boost interest in our outreach for another year, Lend An Ear Outreach will be holding our second annual Gala and fundraiser on October 17th to support our mission to furnish and provide hearing aids to those who cannot afford them. Last year we had a wonderful turn-out and a memorable occasion for all who were able to attend!

Can you imagine going through your day struggling to hear a word that anyone says to you? Please help us give the gift of hearing this holiday season to the members of our Northeast Florida community who do not have health insurance and are unable to afford hearing aids. Our patients are the people who you encounter every day - hard working members of our community whose income simply isn’t enough to pay the cost of increasingly expensive hearing aids and do not qualify for insurance assistance. Lend An Ear Outreach has helped hundreds of people from our community regain the ability to hear and live life to the fullest.

We would like to extend an invitation to join us for a night of good food, great company, networking, and outreach. The event will feature success stories, a door prize raffle and wine toss, as well lots of great opportunities for Outreach. Tickets are $80 per individual if purchased by check or $85 if purchased online. We also offer company sponsorships! We have enclosed a sponsorship sheet.
