* Friday Night’s People Choice Chicken Wing EventThe event is FREE to enter. Team’s that choose to enter Friday’s People Choice competition will be provided with 12 lbs. of wings, but are encouraged to prepare more. Friday night will only be open to Our Lady of Victory parishioners and the family and friends of our competition teams. This event is designed to introduce our Victory community to the world of competition BBQ on a more personal level.

- Entry fee = FREE- Prize: $100 and trophy- Participating teams will receive 12 lbs. of chicken wings- 100 tickets will be sold to “judges” starting at 8:30 p.m.- Beginning at 9 p.m., judges will go around to each participating team’s site to receive one wing- Each judge will then see the People’s Choice coordinator to cast their vote- Winning team will be announced during our awards ceremony

** Saturday’s People Choice Pulled Pork Event- Entry fee = $25 - Prize: $100 and trophy- Participating teams will receive two pork shoulders (approx. 16 lbs. of meat total)- Teams should turn in one full pan of pulled pork- Meat turn in time is 2 p.m.- Pans turned in after 2 p.m. will still be included, but will not be able to receive votes- Judging will begin by 2:30 p.m. and will continue until samples can be provided from only 50% of

the participating teams- Winning team will be announced during our awards ceremony
