The visual identity

The logo reflects the convergence of expertise but also the growth to an empowered, healthier and happier person. It can be read from different points of view: two persons linked together, one person rising to become stronger (the line of the person above is wider than the one of the person below) and the growth of plants, which relates to the objective to create food concepts that are sustainable and environmental-friendly. Regarding the colours, it was agreed to choose bold, strong colours in order to have a dynamic visual identity.

A tagline about the project’s objective contributes to the identification of PROMISS among larger audiences: “Nutrition for healthy ageing”.

PROMISS logo is available in several versions:- Horizontal and vertical - Colour and grayscale (black and white)- CYMK and RGB formats, to be used according to the context (web or print)

While different versions are available to enable flexibility and adaptation to the different contexts, the logo should be preferably used in horizontal and colour version. The vertical one is to be used when the space is too limited for the horizontal one. For all details, please refer to deliverable D46 “Project identity and website”.

The PROMISS first leaflet

The FIRST leaflet is meant to introduce the audience to PROMISS and let it become familiar with its content and visual identity. It will be distributed during every relevant event organised by PROMISS partners, such as the EUGMS Congress, the EFAD conference, the ESPEN Conference, the AGE annual conference, and during external events where PROMISS is represented.

AGE has a number of printed copies. Should you wish to have few for your dissemination activities, please contact AGE.

The PROMISS website

The PROMISS website is divided into two parts: a public one and an internal one.

Public part

On the public part of the website is available: Information on the project and the consortium News on the project’s developments and on other relevant initiatives Information on relevant events Project’s approved deliverables, newsletters and academic publications Useful links, including partners’ websites

The website also contains links to the social media accounts and provides visitors with a contact form.

Each partner is required to contribute with contents regularly, which will be collected and edited by AGE, and then validated by PROMISS PO (Project Office ensured by the Coordinator). Partners will notably be asked to draft a news item after the validation and publication of each public deliverable and to post it to their website. If you have relevant (PROMISS related) news to be posted on Twitter, Facebook or Linked-in, please send your contribution to AGE or the PROMISS PO ([email protected]).

Internal part

The internal part is accessible only for PROMISS partners, and used as main archive. Access is limited to one or two persons per partner. Your credentials will be sent to you via email, please do not distribute these credentials to third parties. Please save them! You may request additional accessibility via the PROMISS Project Office.

Two options are available on the internal part:

Private eventsThe coordinator and AGE will upload internal events on the website’s calendar. They will be highlight in orange to better recognise them. These events will be visible only to the people logged in.

Downloading filesWhen you log in on the Members page, you access to a page where you find different tabs, including a “Downloads” one. The files available to download are here.

The files will be made available in different folders, most probably according to the work package and task in order to ease reporting. A general folder will also be created to gather reference documents. As an example, the print screens below show how the interface looks like:

Once in the folder, all documents are visible and downloadable using the green on the right hand side (green button).

Only the PROMISS project office, coordinator and AGE have the possibility to upload or delete files. Should you wish to have files added in the general or work packages’ folders, please contact them ([email protected]).

PROMISS Social media

PROMISS has three social media channels: o Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/promissproject/ o Twitter: www.twitter.com/PROMISS_VU o LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/8551229

Social media channels are meant for the dissemination of scientific content and products directly linked to the project only. Three types of content will be shared:- PROMISS outcomes and developments, such as leaflets and any public reports- PROMISS partners’ activities when related to PROMISS subject and activities- Scientific content related to PROMISS subject, after approval by PROMISS PO

Should have something to share which fits within at least in one category mentioned above, please send the information to the PO Office and AGE. Partners’ input is indeed essential to be able to regularly populate the social media accounts. Please make sure that your organisation is following PROMISS on these three platforms as well.

If you have the possibility in your organisation, do not hesitate to add PROMISS logo and social media accounts in your email signature and on your organisation’s website. Should you need any assistance, please contact AGE.

PROMISS Templates

A Word and PPT templates are available whenever you make a specific presentation or send a letter on PROMISS.

Should you integrate a section on PROMISS in general presentations or mailings, please remember to always add the reference to EU funding and grant number, and PROMISS logo.

Dissemination activities and reporting

All partners are required to disseminate information on PROMISS during relevant events, meetings, conferences, they attend. Partners are invited to use PROMISS templates and share PROMISS leaflet whenever possible.

Every 6 months, AGE will send a request to all partners so that they report back on the dissemination efforts. It is essential that everyone replies to this request in order to map in a comprehensive manner where PROMISS has been disseminated. This is a key requirement from the EU. The template which will be used is the following:

***IMPORTANT***

Any dissemination of PROMISS activities and outcomes, including academic publications, web articles, project websites, presentations, flyers, press releases etc., must include the following statement to indicate PROMISS receive financial support from the European Union:
