We would get driven to skirmish in a car and then walk from the skirmish site to the arena. There is no problem getting to this location, making it easy to get to.

Power. Does the location have access to power?

There is no power on the arena but there is power in the office on skirmish’s main site. This power will be used to charge camera batteries and anything else we need to be charged.

Noise. Is the location too noisy?

The location is not noisy as it is in a wood and it is not next to a major road. However, it will get loud when there is a game taking pace there. But, this will not affect our video as any sounds will be added in after filming.

Are you allowed to film there? Do you need permission?

We have been given permission from Skirmish’s owner to film there meaning we will encounter no problems when filming there.

Is it suitable for the shoot?

Yes, as the video is a corporate video for skirmish, so it needs to contain the arenas available at skirmish.

Inside or outside?Will the weather affect the shoot?

The arena is outside which means weather could be a problem. If it rains we will be unable to film as we cannot get our equipment wet as it would break. Also, we will have to take care when flying the drone around as there are lots of trees around.
