Reports to Director, Philanthropic Services. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Provide overall day-to-day management and operations of the Donor Advised Fund grant program, including assisting donor advisors with grant recommendations, researching and preparing donor grant recommendations, and preparing related materials for finance and communications. Provide overall day-to-day management of the gift processing and acknowledgement program, including processing of all incoming gifts and grant payments, preparing gift acknowledgement letters, assisting donors with gift questions, customizing gift acknowledgements, and preparing related materials for finance and communications, proofread and finalize letters, memos, and other documents that are generated as part of the gift acknowledgement process. Serve as a backup for fund set-up and office receptionist. Routinely handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions and redirecting, as necessary, to appropriate personnel. Ensure that grants lists, agenda books and other meeting materials are complete, accurate, and distributed within stated deadlines prior to the meetings. Maintain individual and nonprofit organization profiles in FIMS and RE NXT databases. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, initiates and accomplishes tasks accurately and on time; anticipates problems/needs and proposes resolutions or initiates appropriate steps to accomplish tasks. Assist with conceptualizing, preparing and generating reports for staff and board members including yearbook, audits, and press release information. Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Philanthropic Services department. Provide support for the Foundation’s archiving activities including monitoring and ensuring that organizational files are up to date. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred Two to four years of work experience with preference to those with office management or professional administrative support experience. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred Two to four years of work experience with preference to those with office management or

professional administrative support experience. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information in professional manner; requiring judgment and

discretion. Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations, a plus. Working knowledge of standard office equipment and computer software applications such

as Foundation Information Management System (FIMS), Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and other software as required.

Ability to respond sensitively and patiently to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidences
