If you are working inside I would recommend using sock balls or scrunched up paper balls.Outside you might use a welly boot or you could stick to your sock balls.Your target could be a bucket, basket or empty boxes.Just practise or decide how to keep score.

Start with swingy arm down low, opposite foot forward, eye on your target and aiming with opposite hand.

Travel – How high can you climb?Use stairs inside your house or stair, a step outside or just walk and count your steps.Can you climb the height of these Edinburgh landmarks with your steps?

The Scott Monument is 61m high and has 288 steps to the top.

The Forth Bridge stands 110m above the water and would take approximately 380 steps to climb.

After some practice jumping keeping 2 feet together the challenge is to jump as many times as possible in 20 seconds.Normally done on a Speedbounce mat with a wedge to jump over but something soft like a rolled-up towel or a kitchen roll would be ideal to jump over.

WalkingIf you can get outside for a good walk every day that is brilliant! I still love these Walks, there are lots of different ones and are great to get you moving or keep you moving indoors when you are stuck inside.
