We would like to invite you to the 22nd Annual Bay Shore Systems Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Prairie Falls Golf Club in Post Falls, Idaho. Each year, Bay Shore Systems, Inc., hosts this golf tournament to raise money for a local charity. For our 22nd Annual Golf Outing, we have chosen “The Nature Conservancy in Idaho.” We hope you can come.

The Nature Conservancy is a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive. Founded at its grassroots in the United States in 1951, The Nature Conservancy has grown to become one of the most effective and wide-reaching environmental organizations in the world. They work in 72 countries protecting habitats from grasslands to coral reefs from Australia to Alaska to Zambia to Idaho. Enclosed please find details of the sponsorship and participation opportunities for the 22nd Annual Bay Shore Systems Charity Golf Tournament. The day will begin with registration and continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m., a Putting Contest at 8:30 a.m., and shot gun start at 9:00 a.m. The day will continue with a catered lunch immediately following the golf, with awards, silent auction and raffle. Each year, we have sold out with 144 golfers and we expect the same number of participants this year.

I realize the many donation requests your organization must get each year, so on behalf of people who benefit every day from The Nature Conservatory, I would like to thank you in advance for considering our request.
