And Out Like A Lamb…..

ELA: Our stories this week are The Boy Who Looked For Spring, What is Spring? Why Is it Spring?, In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb and Amelia Earheart. We will be focusing on making cvc and cvc-e words. The students will begin assessments. Our sight word this week is see. We will continue with key ideas and distinguishing facts and opinions.

Sharing: Please bring in something that is LUCKY or GREEN.

Math: We are counting and working with numbers through and beyond 100. The students have also created their surveys and are surveying their classmates. We hope to visit other classrooms to survey them as well.

Science: We are continuing to observe our living things. We will also learn about plants and why they are living things.
