A guest lecture of Y. S. Handibag on soft skills and personality development was organized by Department of Commerce on 30th

January, 2016. The chairperson of the lecture was the principal Dr. Dilip Chavan. Mr. Y. S. Handibag interacted with students about the need of soft skills. Moreover, he stated different soft skills such as communication skills, time management, corporate ethics, personality development and body language in front of students. 50 students were present for the lecture. Some of the staff members were also present for the lecture. The chair person, Dr. Dilip Chavan also stated about the necessity of soft skills, manners and etiquettes in today’s world. There was the question answer session at the end. Mr. D.S. Wadje proposed the vote of thanks.

A guest lecture of Mr. Sanjay Salunke on soft skills and personality development was organized by Department of English on 15th October, 2017. The chairperson of the lecture was the principal Dr. Pravin Bhosle. Shri. Sanjay Salunke interacted with students about the corporate world and soft skills. He specifically focused on fluency in English language which is the need of today’s corporate world. Moreover, he stated different soft skills such as communication skills, time management, corporate ethics, personality development and body language in front of students. 30 students were present for the lecture. Some of the staff members were also present for the lecture. The chair person, Dr. Pravin Bhosle also stated about the necessity of soft skills, manners and etiquettes in today’s world. There was the question answer session at the end. Mr. G. P. Aaklod proposed the vote of thanks.

A guest lecture of Mr. Dhanaji Arya on soft skills and

personality development was organized by Literary Association

on 12th January, 2016. The chairperson of the lecture was the

principal Dr. Dilip Chavan. Mr. Dhanaji Arya, Head, Department

of English, Swami Ramanad Teerth Mahavidyalaya, Ambajogai

ignited the minds of the students about soft skills. He conducted

practical sessions about stage courage, presentation skills and

group discussions. Moreover, he stated different soft skills such

as communication skills, time management, corporate ethics,

personality development and body language in front of students.

30 students were present for the lecture. Some of the staff

members were also present for the lecture. The chair person, Dr.

Dilip Chavan also stated about the necessity of soft skills,
