Artifact is an award winning film by Jared Leto about the making of the Thirty Seconds to Mars album 'This Is War' and the band's battle against record label EMI.

After selling over four million copies of their album 'A Beautiful Lie', American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars decided to make a documentary about the recording of their next album. But it turned into something else...

The band found themselves being sued by their record label EMI for $30 million. Featuring open and honest interviews with lead singer, Golden Globe and Academy Award winning actor Jared Leto, his fellow band members and music industry insiders, ARTIFACT follows the band’s battle with EMI in a brutal lawsuit, while they were also recording the album 'This Is War.'

Revealing, fascinating and deeply personal, the film explores the complicated state of the modern music industry and asks whether it is at all possible for young and up-and-coming artists to get a fair deal from their record label.

Shark Girl is the inspiring story of 19-year-old Madison Stewart and her passionate fight to save the creature she loves, but most of us fear - sharks.

Conservationist, filmmaker, activist, delinquent - Madison Stewart has been called many things - but to her friends she's simply 'shark girl'. Growing up on the Great Barrier Reef, the ocean became Madison's home and the sharks her friends. But Madison soon realised the creature she loves most is disappearing fast.

The Great Barrier Reef is a UNESCO World Heritage site, yet the sharks living there are not protected from commercial fishing. A staggering 600 tonnes or about 80,000 sharks can be hauled from its waters every year - killed for nothing more than cheap fish, pet food and a status symbol - shark fin soup.

So turning passion into action, Madison sets out to stop the slaughter and shatter our perception of these alleged man-eaters. Armed with just a video camera, she fearlessly swims with tiger sharks, feeds a rowdy gang of Caribbean reef sharks and removes fishhooks from the mouths of oceanic silky sharks. Madison also investigates how other countries protect their sharks, visiting Mexico, Palau, and the Bahamas.

She highlights research that proves shark meat and shark fin soup could endanger our health as both are laced with poisons linked to brain disorders. She bravely takes her campaign right to the heart of the shark fishing industry culminating in a boardroom battle with the supermarket chain selling contaminated meat. Will she be able to convince them to stop selling shark meat in their stores?

Madison's journey is a powerful wake-up call and a moving record of one determined young woman to save the animal she loves, but which most others would like to see dead.

Affluent people live extravagant lifestyles while their fellow countrymen face extreme poverty. This series explores the culture of South America through attitudes to sex, money and beauty.

In the first episode, Billie explores the extreme measures Venezuela goes to turn its young women into world-beating beauty queens. With exclusive access to the Miss Venezuela competition, she also visits the Miss Venezuela House - a beauty factory of sorts run by Osmel Sousa, Venezuela's legendary beauty pageant entrepreneur. Here she meets the women who, under the guidance of Osmel, will try anything to transform their lives in pursuit of riches and beauty. Osmel also offers Billie some advice that could transform her into a beauty.

Billie spends time with Maya a young girl from the slums who is hoping to one day become Miss Venezuela. Her family have spent all their money perfecting her look and Maya's dedication to the competition is impressive. In an effort to lose weight quickly Maya goes so far as to have a mesh strip sewn onto her tongue so that she doesn't eat any solid food. Will her sacrifices pay off at the annual Miss Venezuela competition?

MTV's docu-series CATFISH: THE TV SHOW, based on the critically-acclaimed documentary film Catfish, focuses on couples who have fallen in love online but have never met face-to-face. The series follows filmmakers Yaniv "Nev" Schulman and Max Joseph on their quest around the country to tell the stories of these hopeful romantic partners. Each of the episodes is an emotional voyage to discover the truth about his or her significant other, with the journeys filled with mystery, surprises, and sometimes even shocking revelations.

In the episode about the couple Sunny and Jamison, Nev helps Sunny to meet up with the man of her dreams. Jamison says he's a model and a TV writer, and is also studying online to be an anaesthesiologist. They are in an exclusive relationship and dream about getting married and having 'hot offspring' one day. The problem is Sunny and Jamison have never really met.

Is Jamison actually who he says he is? Or is he really just too good to be true?

The world's best teams come together every four years for the Hockey World Cup - this time Australia is set to dominate!

Screening on ABC TV, the Hockey World Cup to be played in The Hague, Netherlands, is the peak international hockey tournament and attracts the greatest interest outside the Olympics.

The Australian men will go in ranked No 1 or 2 and expect to win, while the Aussie women are in the top 5 and on the rise, so may well make the final.

Capacity crowds will ensure an exciting and vibrant telecast to be hosted from the studio in Australia, by Stephanie Brantz and former Kookaburra, Grant Schubert.

Part of the commentary team at The Hague, ABC's Quentin Hull will have exclusive access to players and coaches for interviews as well as providing a Aussie perspective to the game calls.

Coverage of the tournament will be on ABC1 and ABC2 with a daily highlights show on ABC1 and live or same-delay/edited coverage of all Australian games during the pool phase and live semis and finals on ABC2.

Tonight is a big Aussie V Belgium showdown at The Hockey World Cup, with first the Aussie women and then the men taking on the Belgium National Hockey teams.
