To the left is my predicted timesheet for the week of October 16-22. This week was when I really changed up my time and focused on when I had availability to study or do more homework.

This showed me that I have time to do other things if I stay on a planned schedule. Instead of taking hours of driving around because I am bored I could be doing school work.

Also shows me that I do commute a lot so when I am complaining of always being at a gas station, I now know why. ALWAYS DRIVING.

To the right is a screenshot of a sticky note that I have saved on my computer desktop, to remind me of what my goals are.

It is very easy to just get side tracked but they are on an object or surface that I see daily it is hard to forget what I was striving for.

In this set of pictures, I learned what was important when dealing with time management.

How to organize most important to least important.

In these pictures are how I stay focused on a day to month basis. This is my laptop calendar. Coloring coding school green, miscellaneous things brown, and work purple. This keeps me organized and reassuring me if I am available or not when scheduling new events

“You onlyFail when

you Stop Trying”

This will be my future application that I will use when keeping track of my time management.

Also, sticky notes that can stick to folders and planners to have an extra reminder will be used to!

Just being aware of my extra time and utilizing it so that I don’t have to jam pack my schedule for one day that could have been split into days, so it wasn’t such a heavy work load.

Questions1. I used nothing really to track my day, I would just plan as the day went. Knew if something was important I would fit it in but

never really planned.2. What was working really was the fact that I valued the important things in life. I didn’t waste time on things that were not

important at the time.3. Something I wanted to improve was the number of things I got done or finding the motivation to complete a task that I didn’t

want to do.4. Things I want to accomplish is becoming self-productive. Being able to get multiple task done and still have free time. The

three goals I had where: good health, finish college in 2020, and find a career that I love. This would be most successful because all things tie into how to have a great life being healthy and loving the life I am living.

5. You schedule your time effectively when you know what is important or what defiantly needs to be done today6. I eliminate the distractions by being aware of what is distracting me, maybe it’s my phone or maybe it’s the TV. Either way

getting rid of the problem will help you stay focused. You don’t eat a cookie if there are no cookies in the house.7. Building new habits by seeing that your old habits are not benefiting you and that they are acting making your life harder.

Seeing something new and being able to apply it to your life.8. “Baby Steps” is the key word, nothing happens overnight, it will take months let alone years before you start to achieve the

greatness you want. Be patient.9. It felt great to know and better understand myself I defiantly felt a difference in my views and the outlook of my day. I felt

more accomplished like I did a lot today, so I am satisfied with how my day went. It was hard at first but then it came easier and easier each day. To the point where it was almost like that was the first thing I was doing before I changed my clothes for the day.

10. Discussing things with my partner taught me that “Okay, I said it and now I have to do it.” It was holding myself countable to remember that I said something, so I needed to follow through.

11. Most successful tool was by far the laptop calendar!!! I loved it, actually got fun after time because it looked pretty and made me feel good that I wasn’t forgetting anything.

HEADLINE OR CATCH PHRASE I WANT TO USE WOULD BE…………

“Who knew being productive could be so simple.”
