Application Form Guidance Notes Option 1If you have a County Court Judgment and want us to enforce it for you, we need to transfer it up to the High Court for enforcement…

Send it to us with the completed Application Form and a cheque for £66 made payable to “HMCTS”. We will do the rest by completing form N293A and getting it stamped at court. If you are a claimant in person you will also need to enclose a cheque for £90 (£75 + Vat) made payable to Andrew Wilson & Co, which is payable in the event that we are unable to recover any monies from the debtor. Please note that this £90 will be returned to you in the event of a successful recovery.

Option 2If you have a County Court Judgment and a Form N293A (Combined Certificate of Judgment and Request for Writ of Control or Writ of Possession) with Part 1 completed and Part 2 stamped by the County Court…

Send them to us with the completed Application Form and a cheque for £66 made payable to “HMCTS”. If you are a claimant in person you will also need to enclose a cheque for £90 (£75 + Vat) made payable to Andrew Wilson & Co, which is payable in the event that we are unable to recover any monies from the debtor. Please note that this £90 will be returned to you in the event of a successful recovery.

Option 3If you are the claimant and have an unsatisfied County Court (or any other court) Judgment or Order and don’t know what to do next…

Send it to us with an Application Form completed as far as you can and the two cheques detailed in options 1 - 2 above. We will then get in touch with you to explain the process. If you have anything other than a County Court Judgment it is probably quicker to call us first on 0161 925 1800 and speak to one of our High Court Enforcement Officers.

Option 4If you have obtained a sealed Writ of Control from the court relating to your judgment and would like us to enforce it…

Send it to us with a completed Application Form. If you are a claimant in person you will also need to enclose a cheque for £90 (£75 + Vat) made payable to Andrew Wilson & Co, which is payable in the event that we are unable to recover any monies from the debtor. Please note that this £90 will be returned to you in the event of a successful recovery.

Option 5 (Orders for Possession)Please contact Eric Roe on 0161 925 1800 for advice or email [email protected].

Our Transfer Up Service is free but above all it is fast and efficient.

We do sometimes encounter delays with the Courts who can take longer than we would like to complete and stamp Part 2 of the N293A (Combined Certificate of Judgment and Request for Writ of Control or Writ of Possession). So you can save time by selecting Option 1 and taking it to the court to be stamped yourself. Remember - the shorter the time between judgment and enforcement the better chance we have of making a successful recovery.
