I was thinking what kind of things you could use props and set wise and got a bit carried away with ideas, based around making you some cool interesting props. I made a little story line up for this too, while I was getting inspired.

Images that have inspired me on the subject of old and still being young at heart, journeys, travel, stories, comforts, family, love, friendship, the backgrounds of the people.

Thinking about what props could add interesting views to the set like staircases or book shelves, desk, or counter, backdrops on walls, telling a story of the past with photographs and pictures.

Where is it set? What kind of sets and scenery could we build and props.

Maybe set in a curiosity shop, run by an old couple who like to Dance.

The wife could maybe knit strange items to sell like boobs or sell corn dollies

He could maybe have a hobby interest in science and curious objects globes, taxidermy, music, grammar phones, notebooks etc.

Both could have been together for years, running the strange shop full of unusual strange things, great props to make, bottles of weird things, books picture frames mirrors, fireplace with a comfy armchair and a quilt maybe to have conversations to each other in.

Having maybe Lots of antiques, collections of things old and timeless objects around, telling his story.

Making the set interesting giving things style and texture.

Do they maybe have strange sporting hobbies for people of their age range?

What are they? Do they need props like bats, skates, bingo, games boards, etc?

Regular customers could turn up at the shop for a chat with old pals to tell their stories to the owners around a fireplace?

Doting couple who just got married again in their wheel chairs

Maybe a desk as one of them is a writer keen book collector of knowledge?

Are they on any medication as older people often are, could this make them a bit batty!

There are lots of old letters lying around maybe to organise but never happens!

The old lady could have become close to a puppet in the shop and thus started a beautiful relationship, learning to cope with her medical issues!

Roots and tress maybe some set pieces for park or outside scenes with cloud lights?

Can we hang things from the ceiling in the basement, as maybe could hang some kind of light display along with shop stock.

Maybe like a game of Bingo or another board game?

What memories are in their suitcase of journals, stories they would tell?

Does the old lady have a best firned ? Who is she and what do they do? Zimmer frames? Or small puppets friend that feeds squirrels in the park, when she lonely.
