IMPORTANT NEWS IMPORTANT NEWS IMPORTANT NEWS The fourth grade students will be having a Halloween celebration on Thursday, October 31. As part of our celebration, we will be having a pumpkin decorating contest and after we will watch “It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”. Please send in a small to medium sized pumpkin (one your child can easily carry) to school for your child to decorate. These can be brought in at any time. Students may choose any design they like and are encouraged to bring in special materials they would like to use for their design. I will have supplies on hand for students who would like to use them, but if your child would like something special or if you are able to donate some items to the class that would be greatly appreciated. Pumpkins cannot be carved and painting is discouraged as we have a limited amount of time to decorate (about an hour) and paint takes time to dry. Glue guns will be available should students want to adhere items to their pumpkin; however only an adult will be allowed to use the glue gun.

IMPORTANT NEWS IMPORTANT NEWS IMPORTANT NEWS

The fourth grade students will be having a Halloween celebration on Thursday, October 31.

If you would like to volunteer to help the students decorate, I plan on beginning after lunch at 12:45 p.m. and could use one or two volunteers. If you are able to help, please email me at [email protected].

As a reminder, students in fourth grade are expected to wear their uniforms to school on Halloween.

Please contact me if you need help purchasing a pumpkin, decorations or if your child needs assistance with his/ her design.

The prize is a one week free homework pass! Students will still be responsible for studying for any tests or quizzes that week.

Happy Halloween!
