1. The Candidates should read all the instructions carefully and fill in the application in his/her own handwriting.
2. Students are advised to give the correct title of papers and subject codes for which he/she appearing in this examination only.
3. Request for change of subject and change of centre after the receipt of filled in application in this office will not be entertained.
4. The candidates will be permitted to write the Examinations only at the allotted Centre. Change of exam centre without prior approval will not be allowed at any circumstances and the results will not be declared in that case. Application not routed through the Director, CDE will be rejected. This will apply to arrears subjects as well.
5. The application should reach this office on or before the last date prescribed. Late applications will be entertained only upto 7 days after the last date with penalty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY APPLICATION BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PENALTY IS OVER. BULK APPLICATIONS FROM THE STUDY CENTRES/PCP CENTRES SHOULD REACH THIS OFFICE WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PENALTY.
6. FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR HELD OVER FOR SUBSEQUENT EXAMINATIONS.
7. If the Chief Superintendent is forced to cancel the examination due to any misconduct of the candidates, malpractices or any other incident in the examination centre, re-examination will not be conducted for the concered subject(s). The candidates will have to write the examination(s) only at the next appearance.
8. Results WILL NOT BE DECLARED for wrong entry of Register Numbers. Any paper for which the registration is wrong will not be valued.
9. The Examination Schedule will be displayed in the website www.bdu.ac.in
10. The candidates should write the Register Number neat and legibly, Attested Xerox Copy of +2 Mark Statements should be enclosed for the proof of name and date of birth.
11. Copy of the Transfer order with alternative papers and attested copies of the college Mark Statements should be enclosed along with this application. Otherwise the results will not be declared for transfer candidates.
12. Those who are writing examinations under Rule 8 should submit the attendance certificate from the Chief Superintendent of examinations along with the receipt of the payment of exam fee and all other necessary documents immediately after the examinations are over. 1. Candidate should sign when the Chief Superintendent of the Examination centre issues the Hall Ticket to them. The candidates should bring the Hall Ticket during examinations.
2. Candidates indulging in malpractice of any kind will be severely dealt with.
3. Candidates shall not be permitted to enter the examination hall after expiry of 30 minutes. From the commencement of examination.
4. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the expiry of 45 minutes from the commencement of examination.
5. If a candidate writes his/her register number on any part of the answer book/sheet or on any space other than the one provided for or puts any special mark or writes anything which may disclose, in any way, the identity of the candidate, he/she will render himself/herself liable for disciplinary action.
6. Candidates shall not take any written/printed matter, any paper material, cell phone, programmable calculator, any unauthorized data sheet/table into the examination hall and if found in possession of any material in the examination hall during the Examination hours those candidates shall be liable for disciplinary action. Candidates with cell phone will not be allowed into the hall.
7. Those who are writing examinations under Rule 8 should submit the attendance certificate from the Chief Superintendent of Examinations along with the receipt of the payment of exam fee and all other necessary documents immediately after the examinations are over. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1. Candidate should sign when the Chief Superintendent of the College issues the Hall Ticket to them. The Candidates should bring the Hall Ticket during examinations.
2. Candidates indulging in malpractice of any kind will be severely dealt with. 3. Candidates shall not be permitted to enter the examination hall after expiry of 30
minutes from the commencement of examination. 4. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the expiry of 45
minutes from the commencement of examination. 5. If a candidate writes his/her register number on any part of the answer book/sheet or
on any space other than the one provided for or puts any special mark or writes anything which may disclose in any way, the identity of the Candidate/College, he/she will render himself/herself liable for disciplinary action.
6. Candidates shall not take any written/printed matter, any paper material, Cell Phone, Programmable Calculator, any unauthorized data sheet/table into the examination hall and if found in possession of any material in the examination hall during the examination hours those candidates shall be liable for disciplinary action. Candidates with Cell Phone will not be allowed into the hall.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1. The Candidates should read all the instructions carefully and fill in the application in his/her own handwriting.
2. Students are advised to give the correct title of papers and corresponding subject codes, so as to be admitted for the papers for which he/she appearing in this examination only.
3. Request for change of subject , change of centre after the receipt of the filled in application at this office will not be entertained.
4. The candidates will be permitted to write the Examinations only at the College where they underwent the course. Application not routed through the Principal will be rejected. This will apply to private candidates with arrears subjects as well.
5. The application routed through the Principal should reach this office on or before the last date prescribed. Late applications will be entertained only upto 7 days after the last date with penalty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY APPLICATION BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PENALTY IS OVER. BULK APPLICATIONS FROM THE COLLEGES SHOULD REACH THIS OFFICE WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PENALTY.
6. FEE ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR HELD OVER FOR SUBSEQUENT EXAMINATIONS.
7. If the Chief Superintendent is forced to cancel the examination due to any misconduct of the candidates, malpractice or any other incident in the Examination Centre, re-examination will not be conducted for the concerned subject(s). The candidates will have to write the examination(s) only at the next appearance
8. Results WILL NOT BE DECLARED for wrong entry of Register Number. Any paper for which the registration is wrong will not be valued.
9. The Examination Schedule will be displayed on the College notice board only.
10. Re-admission/Re-do candidates should enclose the orders issued by the Registrar along with their application.
