Job Description Job title Resourcing Manager Team HR Band 6 Reporting to HR Director Management responsibility None Purpose of the job To manage the identification and recruitment of the highest quality candidates to British Business Bank. To ensure a great candidate experience at all contact points. To execute the Resourcing strategy and seek ways to continually optimise our recruitment approach. To contribute to the future development of the business by managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals. You will provide expert advice, coaching and support for the team and line managers on attraction methods, direct sourcing methods, advertising and selection approaches and interview techniques as well any other ad hoc resourcing queries on a day to day basis. Main duties Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment service Delivery of an exceptional end-to-end recruitment service that meets all KPIs Manage the organisation recruitment plan and workforce planning Ensure candidates have a good experience of British Business Bank at all touch points of the recruitment process Continually seek ways to improve our recruitment approach and process Ensure value for money for all recruitment activity and manage costs to budget Develop recruitment best practice across the organisation (including hiring manager development where required) Work in partnership with managers to ensure a consistent recruitment procedure Build excellent relationships with internal managers and external recruitment suppliers Management of the use of recruitment suppliers and services according to BBB’s procurement procedures Champion best practice and provide sound advice to business leaders on recruitment policies and procedures Build and manage candidate pipelines Manage performance of resourcing process to meet business requirements efficiently and effectively Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters Filter and shortlist CVs and applications Support with selection and interviews if required Optimise use of candidate and recruitment tools such as Social Media and Linked In Ensure the British Business Bank values are represented and measured throughout the recruitment process Advise stakeholders about up-to-date market insights and employment legislation Knowledge and experience Proven hands-on recruitment experience Influencing and negotiation techniques Experience of delivering a recruitment strategy to time and budget Understanding of UK employment law Experience of using resourcing software and tools would be advantageous Experience of using and measuring a range of selection approaches Internal and external stakeholders The role requires day to day interaction with all other areas of British Business Bank and

Internal and external stakeholdersThe role requires day to day interaction with all other areas of British Business Bank and liaising with recruitment agencies and external candidates. Experience of effectively building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is required.

Management responsibility if appropriatePart of the HR team reporting into the HR Director.
