EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Becker Landscaping will provide excellent lawn care service for the city of Augusta, Oregon. The job we will do will reflect the city’s class and cleanliness. Our lawn care professionals will use state of the art equipment to mow the three job sites with precision and speed.

We have been doing lawn care for several years and have earned a Better Business Bureau accreditation along with a place in the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. We specialize in commercial mowing and we currently mow two other golf courses.

We are confident that the city of Augusta, Oregon will be best off by choosing to work with us. We operate at a reasonable rate and provide amazing results.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

We at Becker Landscaping are always staying ahead of the competition by using state of the art mowing and lawn care equipment. We have a strict maintenance program that keeps our mowers and other equipment running properly and cleanly. We have several models of mowing equipment which enables us to mow around obstacles and hard to reach areas. We have several mowers which allow us to utilize all of our employees at the same time. Our various types of equipment allow us to stand out against our competitors. We always have the right piece of equipment available to accomplish any task.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Safety is a number one priority for us at Becker Landscaping. We practice extensive safety principles when working. Each of our lawn care professionals follows a safety checklist before beginning each job to ensure his machinery is working properly and that the job site is clear of any potentially harmful debris. Caution signs are posted in easy to see areas during mowing to warn pedestrians of potential hazard. We train our staff to constantly have their eyes in front of them and to scan for any potential hazards. Our mowers are equipped with automatic shutdown which will immediately turn off the equipment if it becomes unmanned or out of control. Our employees are required to wear reflective vests, safety goggles and uniforms while working. This ensures the safety of our employees and helps to distinguish them while working. Our strict safety procedures, training and reliable staff set us apart from competitors.

Becker Landscaping is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. We pride ourselves on the experience and professionalism of our staff. We continue to update our equipment with the newest advances in lawn care technology. Our lawn care professionals are trained in operating and safety procedures each time our equipment is updated. The courses allow them to become more familiar with operating the machinery which in turn leads to better safety. We hire our employees based largely upon experience and work history.
