Ideas for Home Learning – Year 2 Week Beginning: Monday 15th June Theme for the week – My Brilliant Body! Here are lots of ideas for activities that you can do with your child through the week. We recommend ‘little and often’ rather than trying to do too much in one go. The column on the right contains all the links and websites that are referred to. There will be lots of other family activities that you can do, including cooking, playing board games and doing puzzles, playing outside, going for walks, sharing books and doing various arts and crafts. All of these activities are very enriching and things that children love to do. You may find it useful to set up a timetable each week to include the activities that we’ve suggested, but please don’t put too much pressure on yourselves if this doesn’t always go to plan, and build in plenty of times just for playing and relaxing. It would be really lovely if the children could create a folder of some of the best work they do to bring in and share with their teachers and other children when we return to school. Ideas for Home Learning – Year 2 Week Beginning: Monday 15th June

Theme for the week – My Brilliant Body!
