Ordering a static item To order a static item click on the View Product button. Enter the desired amount in the order quantity box, then click on the Add to Order button. IV. Ordering from a Template To order a template item click on the View Product button located to the left of the item description. Click on the Click Here to Create New button. Use the drop down listings to choose your information and fill in any free-form fields to supply all the data needed to print on your selected item. Click on the Save button. On the Order Item screen you will have the option to view a high-resolution PDF proof of the exact information for your print job. Click View PDF under the image of the product. NOTE: PDF image reflects EXACTLY what is being printed. If your pdf copy is not correct do not submit order and call customer service at 973-575-6210 ext. 115. After reviewing, close the pdf window. If changes are required, use the Edit link to the left of the View PDF link you had just used to see your proof. This will take you back to the Template Fill Screen where you can make changes and repeat the proofing process. Once the information is correct, enter the quantity desired and click the Add to Cart button. I. VI. Your Cart• After adding an item to your order, you can either continue shopping or check out.• If you are checking out, you must enter a building location.• Most orders are complete in 7 business days. If this doesn’t meet your needs, contact

Stella at [email protected] for a Special Quote. Changing your order• The quantity ordered can be changed by entering the new value in the total quantity box.• To remove an item, click on the “-” button in the upper right hand corner of the

corresponding item line.

VII. Checking Out• Review your order• Verify that your items and quantities are correct then click the Check Out button.• Building Locations are available in a drop down menu. Select your location.• For Shipping click on Requestor’s Department in the drop down menu.• Fill in your billing information and click the Save button. This information will be stored in

the drop down the next time you place on order.• Choose Purchase Order or Credit Card. If you choose Credit Card

fill in your credit card information. • Your complete order will be displayed on the screen. Verify that all

your information is correct and click on the Submit Order button.Note: You must complete your order and send it immediately, as you cannot save

VIII. Reviewing Order Status• To review the status and information on an order, click Orders in the navigation bar.• Your orders will be displayed under standard orders or you can search by your

Order ID.

IX. Logging OffPlease click the Account button on the navigation bar then Log Out to ensure you properly logged off of the system.
