    2015: Global Tropical Cyclone Wind and Wave Analysis for CAT Modeling. Global Wave Statistic Model for route and tow approvals.

    2014: Ice Analysis for various sites in the Arctic. Various hindcast of winds and waves at both onshore and offshore locations.

    2013: Ice Analysis for various sites in the Arctic. Continued research on extreme conditions offshore.

    2012: Developed a Marine Weather Route Forecast Model using GIS Wind and Wave Models

    2011: Continued work on Hurricane Damage Potential to offshore structures and mapping models for weather and assets.

    2010: Developed Tropical Weather Briefing Videos, Weather Safety Videos, using WRC GIS maps. Developed a model using GIS to prepare 360 hour wind and wave charts. Forensic Meteorology Research

    2009: Continue work on the Freeman/Hasling Hurricane Damage Potential Scale which takes into account the size of the hurricane. Hindcasts of Hurricane Ivan, Katrina, Rita and Ike. Performed a Global Study on weather trends along shipping routes

    2005: Continued Research into Long Range Prediction of Hurricanes and Seasonal Temperatures based on Orbital Influences. Designed Global Marine Weather Forecast Service. Developed of the Weather Museum in the Houston Museum District. Develop Science Education on the Go! campaign

    2004: Designed the Weather Navigator traveling weather exhibit. Continued work on orbital influences on global weather patterns. Member of the Organizing Committee for the AMS Forensic Meteorology Workshop in San Diego 2005.

    1999: Along with Dr. Freeman researched forecasting El Nino & La Nina events using the orbit of the Sun. Expanded Weather Camp and the Center's tours and talks. Started work on a joint project with Texas Tech and Texas Insurance Department on Texas Hurricanes. Expanded web services for the Center and the Weather Museum. Helped develop the SS-TCP, Site specific thermostrophic current profile.

    1998: Continued design of WRC websites: www.wxresearch.com and www.wxresearch.org. Improved marine weather forecasts models. Continued work on The Weather Museum.

    1997: Designed Weather Navigator and Storm Navigator for the Internet. Continued work on the Orbital Cyclone Strike Index. Designed a Long Range Outlook model based on the orbit of the sun. This model forecast makes monthly and seasonal outlooks of average temperature and precipitation for selected US cities.

    1996: Oversaw the purchase of the building for the Weather Museum and continued efforts to raise funds for the museum. Continued developing the Center’s web site to provide weather information to the public. Designed a curriculum for the Center’s Weather Camps. Continued modernization of the Center’s weather Center including a data network.

    1991: Improved the Center's graphic presentation for real time weather forecast. Detailed Gulf of Mexico Hurricane studies. South China Sea Typhoon studies.

    1990: Designed a Freeze Time Forecast Method used by a Chemical Company on the Upper Texas Coast. Designed several coastal forecast model used by Construction Companies Production Companies and Radio Stations.

    1989: Continued enhancing WRC's weather forecast models and methods. Developed the Solar Cyclone Strike Index for the US through continued research into long range hurricane prediction.

    1988: Appointed Director of Operations of Weather Research Center. Designed and implemented a computer based weather forecast and data bulletin board system. Computerized WRC's Gulf of Mexico forecast operations. Developed a Gulf of Mexico Hurricane Wind Field prediction model. Aided in the design, installation, and data management of a meteorological measurement project.

    1987: Continued work on developing a long range prediction of hurricane risk along the US Coast.

    1986: Designed new projects in order to diversify the organizations services and research projects. Involved in the developing of a method of long range prediction of hurricane events on the Texas Coast.

    1985: Developed a Storm Surge Model to consider Stalled Storms for a major utility company. Developed Hurricane Wind Field Prediction Model. Consulting Programmer for Tera, Inc. on a major offshore project.

    1984: Managed the 19th ICCE Conference held in Houston, Texas for over 500 participants from all over the world. Designed a weather forecast communication system that included graphics such as a hurricane tracking chart.

    1983: Performed a major hurricane flooding analysis and hurricane mitigation planning for major Utility Company. Designed, authored, and managed Marine Weather and Wave Forecasting Seminar held in Houston, Texas. Managed the Hurricane Awareness Conference held in Houston, Texas.

    1982: Author and Editor of Environmental and Climatological Studies. Developed software packages such as HURTRACK for the HP Series 80 for tracking hurricanes as well as packages for storm surges, wave forecasting, forecast preparation, and refraction.

    1981: Supervised and designed the computerization of the Accounting and Bookkeeping procedures of the organization. Developed a new major, Weather Communications for the Meteorology Department at the University of St. Thomas.

    1980: Vice President and now supervising a staff of 30 scientist. Developed three new courses for the Meteorology Department at the University of St. Thomas, Oceanography, Winds, Tides and Currents, and Weather Measurement. Supervised the designing, installation, training, and operation of a remote weather monitoring station offshore Argentina. Supervised a project for WSMR on Wind Shear and was a member of the team that developed and installed the FORTRAN Programs for inputting ballistic wind data from raw wind and temperature data. Supervised the project on Wind Energy Assessment for the Southern Region.

    1979: Assistant Researcher/Administrative assistant which included responsibility for accounting and record keeping. Project leader on all technical projects. Developed a public awareness program known as Storm Awareness Day.

    1978: Editor and Software development for Environmental Studies which included programs on ocean currents and wave refraction. Supervised a major wave and current hindcast study in the North Sea. Help calibrate and develop the Multi-Layer Current Model

    1977: Developed a software package for a hand held computer on numerical weather prediction and taught method to meteorology students at the University of St. Thomas.

    1976: Executive Assistant with administrative and technical duties. Completed a major report on a Tornado outbreak. Software development for a Typhoon Model in the South China Sea.

    1975: Assistant to Director of Research and Programmer. Projects included wave hindcast studies and software development for hand held computers.

    1974: Meteorological technician/programmer and worked on a project to study weather and waves over the entire Gulf of Mexico.
