Our records have now beenexported form Literature Onlineor put another waythey have beenimported by RefworksNOTE Literature Online is a Proquest database.

We will now look at our records.

To do this click onView Last Imported Folder

At the top of the listthere is a menu bar.

Click on the down arrow beside foldersand click on Create new folder

This box will appear.

Click on OK

The references are now in the Gaeltacht folder.

We will create a bibliography in ourchosen bibliographicstyle.

To do this click on Bibliography in themenu bar.

Harvard

Click on the downarrow and select citation style.We will select Harvard

Note our 5 references arelisted alongside All referenceshere as well as being in a folder. However we will create our bibliography from the folder.Select references from folder andchoose Gaeltacht

Here is the bibliography. Refworks will store this for you.

You can add to it or deletereferences from it.

You can change the citation styleand you can have multiplefolders.
