School Uniform

Polo-shirt & JumperOn a hot day you may choose not to wear your sweatshirt but, unless the weather is very warm, you are expected to have your sweatshirt with you at all times.

If a coat is required it should be waterproof and able to keep you warm. Sweatshirt, hoodies and other forms of additional layers are not acceptable substitutes.

This guidance applies to all students.

TrousersPlain black or dark grey and formal in style.

Leggings, jeans, ‘skinny’ trousers are informal styles of trousers and are NOT APPROPRIATE OR ALLOWED.

What makes a jean a jean?• 4/5 pockets•A denim type of material•Studs on the pockets•Brand labels on the waistband

Skirts

Tight short skirts are not acceptable.

Girls may choose to wear a near knee length plain black formal skirt.

ShoesStudents can wear plain black shoes.

Hair, jewellery, make-up & piercing

Please keep jewellery and make-up discreet and appropriate for a work

environment.
