Once the labor certification is approved, we wait for the National Visa Center to make the immigrant visa available.
We pursue certification of the requested visas through the Department of Labor.Our legal staff will apply for a labor certification with the State’s Department of Labor.
We help with local job recruiting to show we are not displacing local workers. Our staff will help with advertising on local Sunday newspapers, place a job order with the
state job agency and post a job offer at the worksite.
We look for workers through advertisements, job fairs and so forth. Our recruiting managers look for long-term workers in Mexico and Asia. The workers are
