Barn Rental Rates for 2019
Rental rates at the Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn are based on the day of the week and the number of people (including the wedding party) that are expected to attend the event. Rates are as follows: Reception: Friday Pricing • Up to 150 people $4250 • Up to 200 people $4750 Saturday Pricing • Up to 150 people $5000 • Up to 200 people $5500 Sunday Pricing • Up to 150 people $3750 • Up to 200 people $4250
The months of May and October are subject to a heating surcharge of $350, if no heat is needed the fee is refunded.
Prices are based on the total number of people and are subject to change if a client’s count changes. Prices are subject to change at any time until a Rental Agreement is signed by both parties and a Reservation Fee has been paid.
To book your date: a non-refundable Reservation Fee of $900 is required along with the signed Rental Agreement. Rental extends from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on the date of your event, with additional time from 11:00 PM to midnight for decoration removal/breakdown.
Client is required to employ the professional bartending service and caterer from our list of approved vendors, which we are happy to provide. The DJ or band and transportation company are also subject to approval if not listed on our approved vendors list.
Maximum capacity June-September is 200 persons. In May and October maximum capacity is 150.
Ceremony fee There is an additional fee of $500 to hold your ceremony at Hidden Vineyard. This fee includes the following:
• Ceremony on the property at any of several locations (under the heritage tree, in the barn, on the deck, on the lawn overlooking the vineyard).
• Seating (and seating set up) • Use of the Bride’s Dressing Room • Use of the Groom’s area • Vintage podiums • Rehearsal the Thursday prior (1 hour) • Optional Photo shoot on the property (1 hour)
