Hello! My name is Leysan.

A few words about me

I`m fourteen years old. I was born on the 9th of October in Kazan and I`m in the ninth form.

I think sport is very important in lives of people. Sport keeps fit and improves health . Not to become ill we should always be in action.

My favorite kinds of sport are cycling, playing table tennis and volleyball.

This is my father. His name is Rafael. He is forty six years old. My father is very active and enterprising. He has tried to increase my attention to the sport since my childhood. My father learned me to skate at six. At the age of seven I already could ride a bicycle .

My example for imitation.

We start our day doing exercises.

Also we like cycling at weekends.

Moreover, we find interesting playing badminton.

Twisting hoop is the only thing that we can't do.

but we try hard and I`m sure we succeed
