Pneumatic Control Valves AssemblyThe whole assembly is an integrated module of a group of valves, which are designed with high flow rate for high pressure of 10 Mpa. The assembly has the least tubings so as to lengthen the service life of the sealing parts and eliminate the leakage points of the whole system. Thus, the safety factor of the integral assembly can be guaranteed. The pneumatic control valves assembly is designed for local control and manual reset.



Local indication and remote transmission of the valve position. Explosion-proof class is as per EN50014 and 50018，Exd IIC T6. The gas explosion-proof class is IIb & C.

Hydraulic hand pump + directional control valve assembly is designed for the manual hydraulic control of the actuator when there is no motive gas source.

Product Advantages



The electronic line break unit has a display panel of LCD which cannot correctly display at the temperature of -15℃ at cold service conditions. LCD display panel has liquid in itself, and it is easily broken up. LCD has poor sharpness and contrast.

On Feb. 28th 2009, we discuss here with technicians of gas over oil actuators companies, and equipments management experts from Petrochina, the deficiencies of the existing gas over oil actuators on the oil and gas pipelines in China.

At the service site, a laptop is needed to collect the data whenconnecting with the electronic line break unit via a RS232 port. In the sun, no information can be seen on the laptop’s LCD display panel. It is not explosion-proof, and the laptop cannot be plugged in or out when connected or not via RS232. The current of the 12VDC voltage of the electronic line break unit is more than 120mA.The circuit board has mechanical switches with a service life less than 5 years.The electronic components are made before the year of 2000, and the unit has no chinese operation interface.

• LBP-1000’s power consumption: 12Vx0.053A＝0.636W• Calculation of solar panel’s working peak (WP):• Battery is to be used for 24 hours everyday;• The utilization coefficient of solar energy is 0.6. Some factors need to be

considered: the loss of the wiring’s transmission, loss in the battery’s charging and discharging process, the contravariance loss, the power attenuation of the solar panel, and the pre-charging process against cloudy days.

• WP＝（0.636W×24h÷3.5h）÷0.6＝7.27WP• A solar panel of 12V,25W is thus recommended.

Calculation of battery’s volume (for 15 continuous cloudy days):• Take Sichuan region (daylight ratio is 3.5) as an example:• Volume of battery＝0.053A×24h×15days/0.7＝27.25AH

– Normally the battery is charged to 90%, and 20% is reserved whendischarging, and we consider a reserved volume of 30%.Thus, a battery of 12V,38AH is enough.

In order to avoid the false action against the pipeline pressure event or ROD event, LBP-1000 is programmed with a 2-step confirmation design to guarantee the reliability of the valve’s action.

1st Step Confirmation: the confirmation program of 4 sampling periods (4*SR). Any non-alarming status is detected during this time, the system will return to normal, otherwise the system will step into the 2nd step’s confirmation;

2nd Step Confirmation: the confirmation program of the time delay (1~999s)of the valve’s action. Any non-alarming status is detected during this time, the system will return to normal, otherwise the system will trigger the solenoid valve.
