Tuesday April 9.

Meeting at the hotel lobby at 04:30 with your guide and depart to Masada. Enjoy a coffee break face to the fortress and climb the mountain fortress (about 40 min walk) built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Once at the top you will enjoy the extraordinary desert sunrise, one that can only be seen in the right place at the right time. Then, visit the remains of the walls, palace, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Descend by Cable Car.

Thursday April 11. 15:30 Depart from Ein Gedi, right after the end of the Conference to

Amman, Jordan via Allenby bridge crossing.

Explore Amman city sightseeing. Amman is a

bustling modern city. The historical places are

located in downtown, where we will visit the

Citadel with remains from the Roman to the early

Islamic period. We will stroll via the Souk, where

you will get an idea of everyday life, to the Roman Theater from the 2nd

century with 6000 seats.

Overnight in Amman

Friday April 12. After breakfast, drive to Madaba city to visit the

Byzantine mosaic, most famous is found in the Greek

Orthodox Church of St George. It is the map of the

Holy Land, with a large, easily recognized depiction of

Jerusalem. Process for lunch at Nebo, then short drive

to Mount Nebo where Moses overlooked the Holy

Land.

The church at Mount Nebo houses sixth century mosaic which is being

uncovered as you watch. Many believe this church was built over the

burial site of Moses.

Drive to Petra city.

Saturday April 13.

After breakfast at your hotel, short drive to

Petra Park, Jordan most exciting and

adventurous travel experience in this

fascinating trip to Petra hidden away in the

encircling craggy rock mountain; the Rose

Red City . Carved from living rock over 2,000

year ago by the Nabatian, our guide will show you through the narrow

defile or "SIQ" flanked by towering cliffs.

The sudden view of Petra's most spectacular monument – the Khazneh

or Treasury – the end of the SIQ is a dramatic sight.

Other unique monument carved right into the vary-colored mountain is

the high place; the gigantic "DIER" or Monastery and the Roman styled

place tomb. Even a few hours will give you an appreciation for the

grandeur, which in hand with nature, creates a spot that exudes

hundreds of years of history against a backdrop of aesthetic perfection.

Friday April 12. New City tour After breakfast, drive to Yad Vashem, the holocaust museum. Shaped as a prism penetrating the mountain, the museum’s architecture sets the atmosphere for the 9 chilling galleries of interactive historical displays which present the Holocaust in many ways.

We will continue our day visiting the City of David and walk inside the city walls- this tour of the city of David is taking about 3 hours and is a long walk tour – you should consider that while planning your day - please ask your tour guide for his advice.

See the Israeli parliament- the Kenesset building and continue to the ancient Government House which has been established in Jerusalem during the British mandate to serve as the residence and office of the British High Commissioner.
