9th Payment Either: (I) Where Completion of the Sale and Purchase takes place before the

issue of CSC relating to the Unit:

a) 2% to be paid to the Vendor b) 13% to be paid to the Singapore Academy of Law as stakeholder

to be dealt with as follows: (i) 8% to be released to the Vendor within 7 working days after

the Singapore Academy of Law receives from the Purchaser the CSC (or a certified copy thereof)

(ii) 5% to be released to the Vendor on expiry of 12 months after the date of receipt by the Purchaser of the Notice of Vacant Possession in respect of the Unit

OR: (II) Where CSC is issued before Completion of the Sale and Purchase:

a) Within 14 days after the Purchaser receives CSC (or a certified copy thereof), 13% to be paid in the following manner: (i) 8% to be paid to the Vendor (ii) 5% to be paid to the Singapore Academy of Law as
