1 The surface must be perfectly clean and free of dust,grease and moisture to ensure perfect grip in the finish.

2 The surfaces to be trated can be cleaned with solventssuch as xylene, acetone, etc, or if necessary should bedone brushing, blowing or pretreating with sandblasting.

3 For the joint design must take into account the natureand maximum expected movement for each specific ca-se.

4 AT TAPAFONDO is recommended for filling the bottomof the joints, to ensure that the putty adheres only to thesides and never to the bottom of the joint (see illustra-tion).

1 Los soportes deben estar perfectamente limpios y exen-tos de polvo, grasas y humedad para garantizar una per-fecta adherencia en el acabado.

2 Las superficies a rellenar se pueden limpiar con disol-ventes como el xileno, acetona, etc., o si fuera necesa-rio se debe realizar un cepillado, soplado o tratamientoprevio con chorro de arena.

3 Para el diseño de la junta se debe tener en cuenta la na-turaleza y el máximo movimiento previsto para cada ca-so concreto.

4 Se recomienda utilizar AT TAPAFONDO para el rellenodel fondo de las juntas, para garantizar que la masilla seadhiera únicamente en los laterales y no al fondo de lajunta.

PRECAUCIONES DE USO

Es aconsejable finalizar en el mismo día cualquier cartu-cho empezado para evitar problemas de extrusión. Debenseguirse las habituales precauciones de todos los sellan-tes al utilizar este producto químico. Evitar el contacto pro-longado con piel y ojos. En caso de contacto, y antes desu endurecimiento, se debe retirar primeramente de for-ma mecánica, lavando posteriormente la zona afectadacon agua y jabón.
