HYDROPONICS and AQUAPONICS

• Hydroponics - the culture of land plants with their roots in water instead of soil

• Aquaponics – the same as hydroponics but the water comes from an aquaculture system

• Aquaponics provides excellent nutrients to plants and cleans the water at the same time (by plant root uptake)
