About us
Our ObjectiveWe would only Solve the waste water challenges efficiently, effectively,
economically with eco-friendly solutions.
25 February 2019 Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019 4
Our VisionWe care about the environment, we are only promoting NATURAL products
that are able to treat industrial effluent and waste water.
25 February 2019 Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019 5
Our MissionTo create awareness and practically treated all polluted water with only
Natural products.
25 February 2019 Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019 6

Colloids Particles Separation in Waste Water
Colloids Particles• Size Ranging from 1nm - 1μm• High surface area per unit volume• They tend to absorb water
molecules and ions from surrounding water
• They develop or have electrostatic charge relative to surrounding water
• Cause the water to appear turbid or may impart colour
• Colloids do not settle by gravity easily
• It is difficult to separate colloids from water
25 February 2019 9Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019
The ChallengesTo separate colloids from water, although the colloids do not settle by gravity easily
25 February 2019 10Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019
Diameter of Particle Type of Particle Settling time through 1 m of water
10 mm Gravel 1 second
1 mm Sand 10 seconds
0.1 mm Fine Sand 2 minutes
10 micron Protozoa, Algae, Clay 2 hours
1 micron Bacteria, Algae 8 days
0.1 micron Viruses, Colloids 2 years
10 nm Viruses, Colloids 20 years
1 nm Viruses, Colloids 200 years
Our MethodTo work on the ionic conversion of waste water colloids particles, where the
waste water particles are converted into negatively charge ionic
compounds by the composition.

Coagulation• The addition and
rapid mixing of coagulant
• For destabilization of particles
• For initial aggregation of the destabilized particles
25 February 2019 12Presented by Weingwork – Ref : 180019
Flocculation• The slow stirring or gentle
agitation
• To aggregate destabilized particles (inter particle bridging)
• To form rapid settling floc

The Typical Detail Treatment
pH Adjustment to 8.0 (Relationship between dosage, pH, ionic strength and zeta potential).
Reaction with high speed mixing to break out solution powder bonding and de- stabilize colloids particles. Release of –ve ions from solution powder to colloids. Charge neutralization occurs and micro flocs formed. Reaction stop at pH 6.
Slower speed agitation for flocculating and macro flocs formation.
