CURRENT POSITION: Presently I am working as production operator in Ocean Pakistan limited. (Dhurnal oil & Gas Field)

Process Operator:RESPONSIBILITIES :

To operate all plant parameters through PLC panels. Control the plant & auxiliary equipments to ensure the safe start up & shut down of the plant in

accordance with procedures. Responsible for controlling and Reviews various parameters of the plant with in operating limits,

take corrective actions from Field and Report to the Operation Supervisor. To perform Plant safety equipments Preventive maintenance. Optimized operation of wells and the plant up to maximum plant capacity, logging the key

parameters. Carry out the regular and detailed inspection of wells and all rotating equipments used in

operation such as , electric motors, engines, pumps, and compressors, as well as static equipments such as Towers, vessels heat exchangers to ensure accurate and proper functioning of each item independently.

To remain involve in commissioning of plants & executing the all types of job in plant Area during normal operation and annual turn around. To take an active part in HSE meetings and motivate the colleagues for the safe operation. To coordinate with maintenance team in safe handing over equipments for planned or unplanned

job. Take an active part as being the member of Rapid Response Team.

PROCESS AREA Two/Three Phase Separation Units. Gas Sweetening Process with removal of H2S & CO2 by Methyl Di-ethanol-amine (MDEA). GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT ( 30MMSCFD ) Sales Gas Metering. Vent & Flare system. Acid Gas Incinerator.

WATER INJECTION PLANT Chemicals treatment, Degassing boot, Fin Fan coolers, settling tank, storage tank, up flow filters, booster pumps, High pressure water injection pumps .(capacity 3600psig,12500 BBLS/day).

WELL OPERATION:

Well Operation with Startup, Shutdown, emergencies and Trouble Shootings. GAS INJECTION WELL. Corrosion monitoring & controlling. Well head water column offloading. Well head control panel operation. Well Testing & individual Gauging.

UTILITIES Power Generation by 4 x 740 KW Gas engine. EDG (Emergency Diesel Generator) 1x 275 KW. Instrument Air Compressor. Crude Handling with Loading and Dispatching. Fire Fighting System. Amine Storage, mixing & Loading.

BHANGALI FIELD: 1. GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT ( 30MMSCFD)

Capacity 30 MMscf. The equipment that I have operated is, Inlet Separator, Gas Filter Separator, Regeneration Gas Heaters, Scrubbers, Kimray Pump.

2. GAS COPMRESSOR Four stroke Waukesha Gas driven engine, 1200 RPM , 12 CYL V-type, & Gas compressor Ingersollrand Co. 1000 RPM.

3. GAS INJECTION WELLCompressed gas injected to well formation for artificial lift.EMERGENCY OPERATIONS: I have an excellent knowledge to control emergencies like Power Failure, Instrument Air failure, cooling Water Failure, and malfunctioning of Instruments. I have also best knowledge of Safety of Plant Equipments and Fire Fighting.PLANT COMMISSIONING AND START UP ACTIVITIES: I took part in Plant Start up/Shut down activities at Dhurnal oil & Gas Plant.
