Where are we going?

Val Thorens• Resort Height

– 2300m

• Longest Run– 2.2miles

• KM of Piste– 140km (600km with ski pass upgrade)

• Total Lifts– 47

• Ski-in ski-out accommodation– Hotel on the piste!

Us

Room Booking

• Opens Monday morning 10am

• Go to ras.outgoing.co.uk

• Login with your order ID (5 digit number on order confirmation email) and email address

• Drag and drop your name into an available room, be quick if you want to be in a room with all your mates

• Room sizes, 4, 5 and 7 person

Departure

• Travel by executive coach

– Alcohol.

– Water.

• Car Park 15 (University House), staggered departures starting from 7pm.

• You will be allocated to a coach once room booking is complete, coach places can not be changed.

Weeks Events

• Friday 9th – Departure

• Saturday afternoon – Arrival and ski hire collection

• Sunday – First day on slopes

• Tuesday – Mountain Meal

• Wednesday – Valley Rally and HIGH CONTRAST

• Thursday – mountain BBQ and last night out

• Friday – Last day of skiing and departure in evening.

• Saturday – Arrive back at campus early evening (hopefully)

What to bring

• Ski Wear:

– Base layers (preferably thermals/long johns)

– Waterproof, warm ski jacket

– Salopettes/Snowboard Pants

– Gloves

– Goggles/Sunglasses

– Helmet/Pads if you have them
