Camp Stanley Fitness CenterThree Events:

1. Timed Body-Weight Carry: Carry your own body weight for as long as possible around the Camp Stanley Fitness Center. Participants to use dumbbells.

2. Timed Free-Throw Challenge: Make as many free throws as you can in two minutes. Each completed free throw counts as one point.

3. Timed Mini-Hurdles Challenge: Jump over as many 6” mini hurdles as possible within two minutes. Each hurdle counts as one point.

• Registration: 8 a.m.• Event Start: 9 a.m.

Plaques awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for male and female categories.

Open to USFK I.D. card holders.

Myungsung Mountain & Sangjung Lake

Departure Times:

Embark on a spring hiking trip and then relax by Sangjung Lake afterwards. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all times. Bring Korean Won.
