natural gas) powered, doublediaphragm SANDPIPER® pumprange was created. This range offersour customers a variety of uniqueproblem-solving air-operated doublediaphragm (AODD) pump designs.

Today, Warren Rupp’s core pumpdesigns include heavy duty ball,heavy duty flap, containment duty

and standard duty configurations.While we acknowledge that even themost diverse range of AODD pumpdesigns cannot solve all problems orfill the needs of every pumpingapplication, we believe that there isno other pump type on the markettoday that is so universally applicableand so responsive to pumpingproblem fluids.

Warren Rupp products are soldworldwide through a network ofindependent, factory-authorized dis-tributors. Product is marketed in over60 countries, in nearly every majortrading area and sales tointernational customers account for asubstantial portion of Warren Rupp’srevenues.

New innovations include Con-tainment Duty (Spill Prevention)models from Warren Rupp. TheseAODD pumps are comprised of aprimary and secondary pumpingdiaphragm for each chamberseparated by an inert, compatiblefluid barrier. Buyer motivationsinclude:

Warren Rupp manufactures a widerange of pumps in a variety ofmaterials. Our pumps aremanufactured in aluminum, cast iron,stainless steel, hastelloy, poly-propylene, PVDF, nylon andnonductive acetal. Self-priming andsealless, they are ideal for pumpingabrasive, semisolid, corrosive andshear sensitive materials. They arealso chosen for applications whereelectricity is not available, or cannot be used due to safetyconditions. Diaphragm pumpsprovide pollution-free and energy-efficient operation, with fewer

moving parts than conventionalmotor-driven pumps.

Heavy Duty Ball Valve Pumps – aunique top or bottom portingarrangement makes the pump trulyflexible to fit a variety of pipingarrangements or mounting locations.

Heavy Duty Flap Valve Pumps –which allows solids up to 3 inch indiameter to pass through pumpwithout damage to pump ordegradation to pumped product.

Standard Duty Metallic and Non-Metallic Pumps – a comprehensivefamily of air-operated doublediaphragm pumps available in;aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron,hastelloy, polypropylene, PVDF,nylon and acetyl with numerouselastomer options.

Special Duty Pumps – ATEX Series,ATEX 100a compliance incorp-orates EC Directive 94/9/EC directly related to the use ofequipment in potentially explosive

environments. UL Series, UL79Certified Pumps are available for thetransfer of flammable liquids. NaturalGas-Operated, CSA (CanadianStandards Association) certifiedpumps are designed to be safelydriven by natural gas.

Tranquilizer® Surge Suppressor –creates a smooth laminar flow andprotects piping from undue stress dueto pulsation.
