Final, which decreases the original contract by $1,210.80, with Mando

Construction, Inc., in connection with Contract PR-11-536, Owen Jax

Activity Center Wall Replacement and Wiegand Park Doors, and authorizing

the Mayor and Clerk to execute said Change Order No. 1 and Final. Also to

issue payment #4 and Final to Mando Construction, Inc. in the amount of

$1,394.80.

e) CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION authorizing

the Mayor and Clerk to

execute Agreement for Services with the Clinton River Watershed Council

for Storm Water Public Education Services as Required under NPDES

f) Tabulation of bids and recommendation in re: Ferric Chloride for the

the lowest bid submitted

by PVS Technologies, in the amount of $517.00 per dry ton, for a one-year

period, at an estimated total of $170,610.00. (ITB-W-8462).
