INSTALLING HOOK/LOOP MOUNT (See Figure 1, 2, & 3):

NOTE: Cord and Hook/Loop ordered as CxHLPx(Plug optional and ordered separately)

1. Insert end of Power Cord (A) through Hook/Loop (B). Supply cord is to be rated for a minimum of 90OC 16/3 SEOW-A/STOOW.2. Insert end of Power Cord through the Cord Grip/Gotcha-ring (D),Rubber Bushing (E) and Washer (F). Note that the Rubber Bushing is placed between the Cord Grip and Washer. Part of the cord jacket should extend through Bushing (E) and Washer (F).3. Insert the Power Cord through the Yoke Assy Crossmember (C) and into the Wiring Box ¾ Conduit hole, allowing the Washer (F), Bushing (E) to “seat” inside. The Cord Grip (D) remains in place at the Hook/Loop.4. Apply Teflon tape to the male (external) conduit thread of the Hook (A).5. Thread the Hook (A) into the ¾” NPT Conduit Box (C). Use a wrench over the hex shape on the hook casting to tighten it in place. CAUTION: Do not twist the hook by using a screwdriver blade – too much force could break the hook.6. Connect cord wires to the fixture AC Power Input Jumper Cord Ass’y, already factory installed into J-box, with approved wire nuts. See wiring diagram for reference (page 3 and figure 6). Wires and wire nuts can now be pushed back into the fixture/driver housing. Ensure grounding wires within wiring Box are secure.7. Close out Wiring Box (G) using Cover, Cover Gasket, and Screws provided in hardware kit.8. Mount wired Yoke Assembly (H) onto fixture rails using 5/16” Screw (J) provided in hardware kit into each pair of Slide Nut (K) already inserted into the rail. Position the mounted Yoke Ass’y according to the centering illustration on page 10. Fine tuning of the final Yoke Ass’y position on the rail may be required to achieve final balance and alignment.9. Tighten the Yoke Ass’y mounting screws to torque noted in Fig. 3.10. Tighten Set Screw (F) to secure hook from loosening.11. Secure Closure Backet (M) with Screw (N) provided.12. Install lens option onto each Lightbar, see Figure 9. If wireguard was ordered, lenses will ship installed on fixture.13. Complete electrical connection by installing AC Input Jumper Cord connector into AC Panel as shown in Figure 3.

WARNINGS: Observe all precautions usually followed when dealing with high

voltage equipment when installing or servicing this light fixture. Disconnect power before installing or servicing. The product must be installed in accordance with the applicable

installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.

Protect all wiring connections with approved insulators rated 600V. 150OC.

Line voltage must be 120V – 277V to match Fixture voltage requirement.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE Upon receipt of this Fixture, thoroughly inspect it for any damage.

If any is found, the carrier should be notified and held accountable.

INSTALLING AIRCRAFT CABLE MOUNTING SYSTEM (See Figure 7 and 8):

WARNING! NOTICE AIRCRAFT CABLE KIT TYPE SHIPPED WITH YOUR ORDER: 2mm KIT FOR LOWBAY SERIES ONLY! 3mm KIT FOR HIGHBAY SERIES ONLY!

1. Install AC Mounting Bracket (R) onto each corner of the rail, inset approximately 1-inch from the rail end. Using 5/16” Screw (J) provided in the hardware kit, insert the screw through the bottom hole of each backet and install into the Slide Nut (K) pre-installed within the rail. Ensure the bracket when pre-tightened is vertically oriented as shown in Figure 8.

2. Tighten AC Mounting Bracket Screw (J) to torque noted in Fig. 8, while supporting the bracket orientation to prevent rotating during the tightening sequence.

3. Insert each Snap Hook Eyelet of the Y-Cable Ass’y onto the AC Mounting Bracket top holes on each end of the fixture so that the cable spans across the lightbar as shown in Figure 7.

4. The Top Cable of the Aircraft System is lopped around a facility structural member suitable to support the fixture load.
