Dave lives 15 miles from town A. He is driving at a constant speed of 50 miles per hour from his home away from the city. How far away is Dave from the town after x hours of driving?

Mr. Hall drives at a constant speed of 55 miles per hour. If he drives for y miles and it takes x hours, write the two variable equation to represent the number of miles he can drive in x hours.

Mr. Hall plans to drive to Planet Fitness 10 miles from his house, then to the grocery store 5 miles from Planet Fitness, and then return home to make dinner which is 13 miles from the grocery store. Assuming he drives at a constant speed the entire time, how long will he be driving?

Miss Millard walks from her house to Miss Althouse's house, a distance of 5 miles, in 75 minutes. How far does she walk in 30 minutes?

Miss Wilhelm walks 3 miles every night for exercise. It takes her exactly 43 minutes to finish her walk.
Assuming she walks at a constant rate, write an equation that represents how many miles, y, she can walk in x minutes.
